It had been a year since they moved into L.A. Everything was set, Their beautiful life, Anika's career, Shivaay's business, and Arush's health. Arush started to become a chunky baby than naina when she was at his age. It was a normal night, Shivaay was dozed off due to tiredness hugging naina close to his chest. And Arush's leg was in anika's face, He was sleeping upside down. Anika got used to it but naina didn't, She will start to cry in sleep if he slaps her in sleep. So to avoid that, Shivaay always sleeps in between them and hug naina turning around. Over then, Anika's phone rang. The time was about to tick 5 in the morning. The call was from India, And Gauri was calling her.

"I am so so sorry bhabhi. I am in the hospital, Came here for Radhika's vaccination. Little bit confused, That's why called you." - Gauri apologized as soon as Anika attended the call moving towards the washroom.

"Don't be stupid, Gauri. Tell me, Did my baby cry a lot?" - Anika asked about Radhika. 

"Yes, But now, She's fine. And bhabhi, Is smallpox vaccination necessary?"- Gauri asked when Anika turned the call to a video call. But Gauri stopped asking her questions and started to analyze her.  

"Madam. You called me for something, Remember?" - Anika asked her.

"Yes, But. Your face is round." - Gauri said looking at her.

"I know I gained a lot of weight. It's all because of your bhaiya, He just spoiled me." - Anika said and started looking at the mirror. 

"No. Bhabhi. Before a week, You were normal. And it's not looking normal." - Gauri said analyzing her. Anika confusingly looked at her. But she smiled silently.

"Bhabhi, Are you hiding something from me?" - Gauri asked her.

"What will I hide from you?" - Anika asked her confusingly.

"Because I saw you like this swollen when you're pregnant with Arush. Is any good news we are missing?" - Gauri asked. Anika was almost stunned by her question. Anika was spellbound, She glanced her in-front of the mirror again. 

"But the doctor said, I can't conceive." - Anika said recalling the moment when all of the rings became tight out of sudden and she had to remove them. And she was even late. Anika was lost in her whole world and tried to reconnect the dots, And everything says she's pregnant. Her dates were never on time as she was breastfeeding arush and also she felt nauseous for the whole time due to that.

"Oh, Okay. But Bhabhi, It's better to get tested. Do you have any kits available?" - Gauri asked her.

"I thought I crossed that chapter, Why will I buy that?" - She asked looking at her. She lost her patience in a couple of minutes. She inhaled and exhaled the breath couple of times. Gauri could sense the tension from her phone screen.

"Bhabhi, Do you think?" - Gauri asked her.

"I don't know Gauri, My hormones are all over since I am breastfeeding Arush. I thought it's all the side-effects of that. I feel like attending the exam which I didn't prepare for. I am so anxious."- Anika busted out.

"I might be wrong, Bhabhi. But better to get tested." - Gauri said. 

"Yeah, Gauri. I think I have to talk about it to shivaay." - Anika said in anxious.

"What? No? Surprise him. If it comes true."- Gauri said.

"What if he gets shocked? After all, It's a baby number-3. And Only he can handle me, If anything happens." - Anika said smiling in anxiety.

"I don't know. But I think Bhaiya will be in cloud nine if our assumptions turn out to be true." - Gauri said resting her call. Even Anika has confidence that it will be not shocking news for him but it was shocking for her indeed as both of her pregnancies went in pressure. She didn't enjoy her pregnancy as Gauri did. Her mood has always been worried. She rushed to the bedroom and saw shivaay sleeping flat having naina next to him cocooned.
