Chapter 4

(FLASHBACK 2.5)

(Y/n Pov)

Upon going through the portal, we appeared in the courtyard of our mansion home and I gained a smile. "Come on (Y/n), our father is waiting for us." Ruby says. I follow them through the house and out to the training grounds. I see father watching a Xeno'jiiva versing a Namielle and a Velkhana. I chuckled at the fight and watched it continue from a distance. After a few minutes, The Xeno'jiiva beat both of them and roared in victory. Namielle and Velkhana transformed into humanoid forms and were arguing with each other. "God fucking damnit Ryder, if you stuck to the plan, we would've won!" "Oh, I'm sOOOrrYYY that your plan was going to shit, Sadie." Ryder looks like a high elf with medium length blue hair with a long embroidered blue cape that has water streak highlights and same colored pants and shoes.

Sadie also looks like a high elf with short cut white hair and bright blue eyes. Also wearing a white coat with a slim ice looking tiara in her head and sparkling pants with high heels.
The Xeno'jiiva then transforms into a young man who is jumping up and down cheering for himself. "HELL YEA!! Damon is the greatest!" I look over to Ruby and Rocco and give them a nod and a menacing grin and we spring forward and all of us transform into our forms and pounce at Damon. He becomes terrified by seeing three Fatalis's jump towards him and immediately reformed and tried to fly away but got completely tackled.

We started holding him down and were roaring in unison to have him surrender. Soon after he surrendered, and we all reformed back into our humanoid forms. I was then tackled by Damon, Ryder, and Sadie. I fall to the ground and laugh cheerfully. "It's so nice to see you guys again. Where are the others?" "They should be arriving for dinner tonight." Ruby stated. "We're so happy to have you back (Y/n)!" "I'm happy to be back Damon."
I get up and look to see father standing in the same spot as he was when I first got here just watching. I nod my head to him, and he does the same and walks inside. "Father's making a big dinner tonight in honor of you." I smile and walk into the house with the family.

The day was ending, and I heard Damon callout to us saying everyone else has arrived. We walk outside and see a Lunastra, a Vaal Hazak, and Kushala Daora flying in and landing in the training grounds. They transformed into humanoid forms showing the rest of my siblings. The Lunastra turned into an exceptionally long blue haired high elf wearing a blue robe with light blue fur lining 'Luna's still wearing the same robes I see.' The Vaal Hazak transformed into a black haired top notched high elf with really worn out grey jeans and worn out brown jacket with old cowboy boots. 'Axel still needs to get new clothes.' And the Kushala Daora turned into a young silver haired high elf wearing a metal suit. 'I see Harley is still out looking for trouble.'

Axel and Luna ran up to me and hugged me and I returned it to them. Harley stood by and waited to come up to me and nodded her head. "Is something wrong Harley?" "No, I am just waiting for my time to hug." I roll my eyes and pull her into a hug. She chuckled and gave me a hug back. After we hugged, we all went inside and sat down at the dining room table. Ruby and Sadie go to help father bring out food and we all have a big dinner. After telling the family my tales of Exandria, the girls helped bring the dishes back into the kitchen and the boys came with me outside.

We go to the courtyard and wait for the girls to join us to stargaze. As we're all lying in the grass watching the stars, Luna called out a shooting star. "Naaah Luna, that's a Valstrax, come on sis." Rocco jokingly says to her and we all get a laugh. Soon after, our father came outside with a canvas and paints. "Yay, portrait time!" Damon shouts and gets up.
Ruby and Rocco lit up some torches and we all gathered in a group. "Father, are we doing humanoid, or true form?" Harley asks and he holds up two fingers. She chuckles and jumps into the air and transforms. One by one we all transformed into our true forms and he positioned us all.

((Y/n) in the middle. Sisters to your left going Ruby, Sadie, Luna, and Harley. Brothers to your right going Rocco, Axel, Ryder, and Damon.) As we were getting our portrait done, I became lost in my thoughts about my friends back in Exandria. 'I was a part of that family. I should have considered staying to help. I guess I just got so caught up in coming home to see my family.' After our father waved us off and finished the painting, everyone reformed except me. "(Y/n)? Are you okay?" Ruby asked, and I just turned my head and walked to the edge of the courtyard and looked off into the distant ocean view. I then laid down on the grass and just stayed there. As I laid there, an Alatreon walked over to me and laid to my left.

"Is something wrong father?" "I can see that something troubles you, what is it?" I lower my head. "Well, when I saw Ruby and Rocco back in Exandria, I was so full of joy seeing them again. Then when they told me that you accepted me back into godhood, I was in so much disbelief. So much that I did not even consider that my friends I made in Exandria still needed my help with a high-class mission.

Now that I am here, I can't help but think I jumped the gun too soon." "Son, I understand what you're feeling, but you would know in time if you made the right decision or not. Remember, if your mind changes for any reason, just tell me." "But I don't know if it does that it'll be a good change." I look to him and nod my head. We both revert into our humanoid forms and give each other a hug. "I love you dad." He pats my back, parts the hug and walks inside.
