When I woke up the next morning I wondered if mine and Draco's encounter had actually happened or if it was all just a dream. Just thinking of Draco kissing me like he had made my cheeks red.
After I got ready for the day I walked into first period to see Draco was already there. I slid into the seat beside him. "Good morning Draco," I said.
He looked over at me and winked, "Morning Lynn."
I glared at him, "Hey! Why can you say my last name, but I can't say yours? I mean-"
He cut me off by putting his hand on my thigh. My breath caught in the middle of my sentence making a loud gasp fill the room. A few students were staring at me, but Draco gave them all a long hard stare until they looked away.
When I looked back at him he was already staring at me. His frown lifted into a slight smile. I touched my face confused, "Do I have something on my face?"
He rolled his eyes, "God Lynn, you're cute but you can be quite dim sometimes."
My cheeks turned bright red. Did Draco just call me cute? Well he did add in a slight insult in at the end, but still.
I felt a tap on my shoulder; Draco was tapping my shoulder with a note. I opened the note: Meet me at the astronomy tower at 9. Make sure to wear that skirt from the first day of school.
At 9, I hurried down the hallway wearing a pair of leggings and a short sleeved red shirt. As I walked up the tower, I saw Draco leaning on the railing looking down on Hogwarts. I quietly walked over to him. He looked over at me and began to smile until he saw what I was wearing. "I thought i told you what to wear."
"Hmm. Looks like you're not the boss of me."
"Is that so?" He looked like a wolf about to pounce on its prey. In this situation I'm the prey.
I smirked at him and began running down the stairs. I heard his fast footsteps thundering behind me. I giggled and began running faster. I peeked behind me to see he's right on my tail. Just a few more inches and he'll be able to grab me.
I round the corner and topple over someone sitting on the wall. "Ouch."
"Mak?" Draco says worriedly.
Maks eyebrows furrow together when she realizes that me and Draco are hanging out. "What is she doing with you?"
"Well Draco invi-" I started but Draco cut me off.
"I saw her in the hallway and we were walking the same way, so we started talking."
I looked over at him confused. Why is he lying?
"Hmph good." Mak said and then gave me a death glare.
"What the hell Mak?" I snapped.
She glared over at me and rolled her eyes, "Maybe if you weren't acting like such a lost puppy towards my boyfriend then maybe i'd still consider you my sister."
"Oh yeah because you were always the perfect sister towards me," I scoffed.
Draco finally said something, well practically yelled something, "Can you guys just get along? It's so bloody annoying to hear you both constantly nagging at each other."
Me and Mak only lightly softened our glares at each other.
