Jay woke up feeling completely drained. Zane was sitting by his side.

"How do you feel?" Zane asked.

"Weak." Jay spoke softly. "Why, what happened?"

Zane was in shock. Did Jay really not remember? How can you forget something like that?

"Nothing important." Zane didn't want to stress the boy out. "The power flickered out for a couple seconds is all."

Zane felt guilty for lying to his friend but he didn't want him to question what happened anymore.

Jay sighed. "So they sent us home? How did I pass out?"

"They sent us," Zane motioned to the two of them, "home. I guess you were just really tired. You would have still been asleep if we didn't have to go in early."

Jay laughed lightly. "Yeah, well it's the weekend, so I'm gonna sleep."

Zane looked at the clock and sighed.

"What?" Jay asked.

It's Monday, but Jay doesn't know that. Zane went over different scenarios in his head of how he'd break the news to him.

"The last time you were awake was on Saturday, remember?" Zane asked.

"Yeah?" Jay was rightfully confused.

"You've been out for around 47 hours." Zane said softly. "We were debating on whether or not to take you to the hospital."

Jay hadn't spoken for the next 3 minutes before Zane said something.

"Um. An elderly man came over to see how you were doing. He even told us that you'd be alright. We, weren't sure if he was telling the truth or not, that's where the hospital debating came in."

"An old man? What was he a witch doctor?" Jay being upset about his current condition, tried a joke. It didn't make him feel any better.

"He looked like the sensei's out of those movies you showed me."

Zane then told Jay in extreme detail what the man looked like. Long white beard, white robes, staff slightly taller than said man. You name it, it was in Zane's description.

"Why'd he come to check on me? Doesn't sound like anyone I've ever met." Jay was once again confused.

"I am, not sure. But he knew your name without anyone of us telling him. I think he's special. We might just meet him again." Zane watched as Jay's face got a little smile across it.

At the school house, 1st period was about to end when the teacher asked them for their attention.

"There he is. Today we are gaining a new student."

The boy dressed in green walked to the front of the class. He looked around as the teacher introduced him, and studied all of the others faces for at least a second. He stopped for a bit longer on two boys.

Kai, who was playing on his phone not even paying attention.

And Cole, who could care less about a new student.

"Tell us a bit about yourself." The teacher said before sitting down.

"Hi. My name is Lloyd." He paused as he got a few looks. "Lloyd Garmadon."

Some of the class groaned. They knew who he was, the son of the treacherous Lord Garmadon. The guy they heard of in history classes.

And on the rare occasion, the Garmadon who attacked the city, but he was always driven out by the Green Ninja.

"So most of you know who my dad is then." Lloyd sighed. "This should be a great year."

The bell rung as if it were perfectly timed.

Kai and Cole began to converse outside of the classroom.

Lloyd walked up to them to ask a question.

"Garmadon." Kai coughed out.

Cole turned to face him. "What's up? Need help finding second period?"

"Actually finding someone. Jay Walker?" Lloyd stated.

"He was supposed to be in this class but with what happened Saturday, I'm not gonna blame him for staying home." Cole said.

"What happened Saturday? If you don't mind me asking of course."

Cole began explaining what went down.

Kai, however, couldn't believe that Cole was making casual conversation with the evil lords son.

Cole was almost to the electricity part when Kai interrupted.

"Dude!" He sounded angry.

Cole turned around slowly. "What?"

"You're just gonna spill this to him? Him, of all people?"

"He asked me about Saturday and I'm bored. Do you have a better idea?"

"Okay." Lloyd interrupted.  "I'm always looking for a good brawl, but I'm more interested in the story."

Cole turned back around. "Right. So he was hitting my face and shit, and I've heard Jay doesn't really like violence."

"Understandable." Lloyd said softly.

"So I guess he got scared of something because he screamed then the power flickered, in and out, like three times."

Lloyd looked just over Cole's shoulder to see a man he knew didn't work in the school. It was the man he'd been running from for the past few years. Hopping from school to school.

"That's a new record." Lloyd said as he locked eyes with the man.

"What?" Kai and Cole spoke in unison.

"Follow me right quick?" Lloyd said looking back at Cole.

"Uh. Sure." Cole looked back at Kai. Kai shook his head.

"Suit yourself Kai." Lloyd said before walking off.

Kai stood in disbelief. Cole hadn't once said his name during the story.

Cole and Kai shared a short glance and followed Lloyd down the hall.

Lloyd lead them to the bathroom.

"What's a bathroom supposed to do for us?" Kai asked clearly done with What seemed to be Lloyd's games.

"Slow down hot tamale." Lloyd said as he turned to a wall. He pressed a few of the wall tiles and a secret passageway opened. "Well? We don't exactly have all day."

Cole walked down the stairs and looked around.

"This is like, I can't, wow." Cole was in shock.

Lloyd lead Kai down into the secret hallway and closed the passageway.

"Won't be long before they find this. Pixal?" Lloyd spoke to his wrist.

"Yes master Lloyd?" Pixal responded.

"Calculate the fastest route back to the monastery please?" Lloyd asked as he started down the hall.

"Calculating route." The body less voice spoke.

The three boys got to an area that had 10 different tunnels.

"Where do all these go?" Cole asked.

"You'll find out soon enough." Lloyd said just before his watch beeped. "Follow me."

He started down the tunnel second from the right.

Cole followed gladly. Kai however wasn't as enthusiastic as Cole about their situation.

Zane walked into the main office to sign in. He hadn't ever been late before.

The lady didn't get to ask him who he was though, one of the men who Lloyd had been keeping the others from grabbed his shoulder.

"Come with us for a second, will ya?" The man had a thick accent.
