Chapter 26

*A/N: So I started a new fan fic (Change my Mind: Zayn Malik Fan fiction) you guys should go check it out. It's different from what I'm used to writing. Okay. Here's Chapter 26 (:

*Toni's P.O.V.*

I was taken to a bathroom to change into one of those gowns that shows your butt. I was then brought in to the room and lied down on the bed provided for me.

"Okay, Toni. Are you ready?" The doctor asked.

I shook my head nervously.

"Okay. This may hurt a tiny bit. Start counting backwards from 100."

I nodded and started counting. Before I knew it, I was unconscious.

*Liam's P.O.V.*

We were sitting in the waiting room, bored as hell. I was overwhelmed with worries, but some how Kara, Carter and Harry calmed me down.

"I'm hungry!" Kara whined.

"C'mon babe, let's go get some food." Harry said.

They walked off to the cafe leaving Carter and I to worry.

"Do you think she's going to be okay?" Carter asked me.

"I think she's going to be more than okay. She's going to be great." I told him assuringly.

"I really hope so." He said.

"She will."

*Kara's P.O.V.*

After about four hours, the doctor came to let us know that Toni is out of surgery. He led us back to her room. He told us she would be waking up soon.

*Harry's P.O.V.*

After a few minutes, Toni started to stir. Her eyes fluttered open.

"Is my surgery over?" She asked, confused.

"Yes, it is. All the cancer is gone." Liam said and kissed her forehead.

"Where's Carter? I want Carter." She said.

"I'm right here, sissy." Carter said, leaning down to hug her, and kissed her on the forehead as well.

"Kara?" She asked.

"Right here, babe" Kara said going over to hug her.

"And Harry?" She asked.

"I'm here, love." I said, giving her a hug.

"When can I go home?" She asked.

"The doctor said you can go home tomorrow." Liam told her.

"But I want to go home now!" She complained.

"Shh. You need to rest, love." Liam told her.

She sighed in defeat, but closed her eyes, and drifted off to sleep.

"Alright. Let's all go back and get showers and take a nap." Liam said.

We all agreed and headed towards the exit after we all hugged Toni's sleeping body.
