Chapter 27

*9 months later*

*Liam's P.O.V.*

Today is the day. Me and Toni have our one year anniversary today. I'm talking her out for a romantic dinner, then were going to go to the park in Italy that we went to when I asked her to be my girl friend since we're only about an hour away from there.

I started getting ready for our date. I grabbed dark blue jeans, and a dress shirt from the closet and went to the shower.

I let the hot water soak my body. It was pretty relaxing, but I have to hurry up so Toni can take a shower since she takes forever to get ready. I washed my body and stepped out. I dried myself off and put my clothes on. I got my hair gel and put my hair in a perfect quiff. I sprayed some cologne on me. I stepped out of the bath room and Toni rushed in.

I lay on the bed while she showered. I'm so nervous for tonight.

After about an hour Toni came in the room. She was wearing a tight, strapless dress that came to her mid thigh. Someone is in the mood tonight. Her hair was curled to perfection. She had a tad bit of makeup on, but not too much. Just enough so you could still see her natural beauty.

A smile crept across my face the second I saw her. She looked absolutely flawless.

"You ready to go, babe?" I asked.

"Yes, sir!" She said.

"I'm not that old! No need to call me sir!" I exclaimed with a laugh.

"Come on!" She yelled, dragging me by the arm.

"Okay, okay!" I said following behind her.

We got to the restaurant and order our food. Toni was smiling like an idiot the whole time.

"Why are you smiling so much?" I asked laughing.

"I'm on a date with the love of my life on our one year anniversary. What's not to smile about?" She asked.

"You're absolutely right." I said, with a smile.

We ate and talked about random things. We laughed and joked around and finally we finished eating and it was time for my surprise.

"Are we there yet??" She whined.

"Just fifteen more minutes, babe." I told her.

"Why can't you just tell me where we're going?? I hate surprises!" She complained.

"I can't tell you. That's the whole point of surprises." Told her.

She crossed her arms in defeat and stared out the window.

Fifteen minutes later we arrived at the park.

"Oh my goodness! Liam! Is this the park where you asked me to be your girlfriend?!" She asked and jumped into my arms.

"It sure is." I said hugging her back.

Thank you so much. This is the best date I've ever been on." She said and kissed me passionately.

"It was my pleasure, babe." I said, when we broke apart.

We lied under the stars like we did the first night. We stayed like that for about an hour. Neither of us speaking a word. Then I decided it was time. Here goes nothing.

"Toni, stand up." I said quietly. My voice shaking from the nerves.

"Why?" She asked confused.

"Just stand up." I said, pulling her up.

"What?" She said laughing.

"Toni. I love you more than anything in this entire world. I would jump in front of a bullet for you if it meant saving your life. I would be nothing without you. I don't know how the hell I got so damn lucky to have you, but I wouod change a single second of it. You're my world. This is our one year anniversary and its kind of fast, but I don't care. I've never wanted anything more in my life." I said and got down on one knee. "Toni Vanessa Rossman, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?"

"Yes!" She exclaimed, tears in her eyes.

I got the ring out of my pocket and put it on her left finger. I'm the luckiest guy in the world.
