Y/N'S POV

Everything feels like shit right now. Chris and I are always fighting, and I feel like he's hiding something from me. I love the dude, but I can't date someone who keeps secrets from me.

On top of that, he hasn't been himself lately. He's been a lot more moody. He always seems scared or angry, and it's kinda scaring me.

Currently, I'm in the bathroom trying to hold back my tears. My cousins are coming over and I need to have Chris not act this way today. I tried talking to him but all he did was yell at me in front of the boys.

I tried to make myself look presentable by combing my hair and putting cold water on my face. When I went to put the brush away, an orange bottle flew out from underneath Chris's comb.

The bottle had about 20-30 pills in it. Nobody was sick in the house, and I didn't see a label. That was until I looked at the bottom of the bottle. Chris's name was on it, and it looked like his hand writing.

Was Chris using? Was he on drugs? Is Chris addicted to pills? It would explain everything. Why he's acting not like himself, why it seems like he's hiding something from me. It all makes sense.

"Babe! Let's go we're gonna be late".

I heard Chris coming the way so I threw the bottle back in the drawer and basically sprinted  out of the bathroom. Chris was looking at me in a strange way. I hope he didn't see that I found pills. That would set him off.

Time Skip

The boys and I were all waiting for my cousins in a train station. I could here someone laughing and I immediately knew it was my favorite cousin, Gordy. He saw me and he smiled; walking to me with his luggage trailing behind.

I walked to Gordy's arms; embracing him into a huge hug. "Oh my gosh Gordy I needed this hug. Things have been so stressful lately".

"Why? What's wrong"?

I looked around for a moment to make sure Chris wasn't listening. He looked to be catching up with my cousin Gil.

"I actually need to talk to you and Kyla for a minute". Kyla is my oldest cousin's girlfriend. His name is Gus.

Gordy asked for Kyla to come over here. I took a couple steps back so we were away from everyone else. Kyla was someone I trusted, and I could relate to her on a girl level.

Kyla came up time with a smile.

"What's up".

I have her a nervous look, "I found out something really important and super scary".

Before I could say it, Chris started yelling for Gordy.

"Sorry y/n, tell me later"?

"Of course".

Gordy went over to Chris and dabbed him up. I turned my attention back to Kyla.

"So, lately Chris has been acting weird. Earlier today I found a bottle of pills with his name on them. I don't know what to do about it. I'm scared that he'll blow up at me and loose his mind".

"Woah girl take a breather! Now, in my honest opinion, I think you should be straight up with him. Confront him about the pills. If he's as bad as you make it sound, he needs help as soon as possible. These pills can kill him. You don't know how much time is left. I got your back if you need it".

"Thank you Kyla. I always knew you could help. Do me a favor and please keep this between us".

"Of course. My lips are sealed".
