Mei thought yuzu wanted this at first since no one would comfort her if she didn't give something back in return. She was confused and didn't want to feel like this, she thought yuzu wanted this ever since she said those words to Mei when yuzu was drunk. Her mind was filled with many thoughts...

"Wow I really needed this papa, thank you for the advice." Sho smiled softly at yuzu and ruffled her hair. The pair went out to get Mei's favourite desserts while talking about why Sho had to do what he wanted to do (leaving the academy). "Don't mention it kid. I hope this taught you something."

"Well that's Sho for you, always wanting more pancakes then all of us." Ume smiled as she gave yuzu and Sho their breakfast. Just then yuzu heard a door open and close and yuzu sprinted out of her seat and opened the door to reveal Mei walking out. "Hey Mei! What about break...fast..." She can't just keep on giving me the silent treatment... I'm worried damnit!
yuzu sighed feeling defeated as she slowly went back into her seat with a sad face on and Sho just smiled."haha well sorry about all of this yuzu, I made this awkward huh?" Yuzu looked at Sho and clenched her cutlery. "Well can't you just talk to her? She is your daughter you kn-" Ume smiled and poked Yuzu's cheek with her finger interrupting her
"Oh yuzu, Sho is not the man you think he is trust me." Yuzu looked at her mom with a confused face on. "Huh? He's not?" Yuzu asked and Ume giggled sweetly and pointed at Sho who was suddenly feeling embarrassed. "No all men are like this, Sho is having a hard time to talk to Mei despite him being all fatherly towards you right?" Yuzu nodded and continued to listen. "Well Sho is finding it awkward to negotiate with Mei because of how long it's been." Sho grumbled and looked at Ume with an annoyed face. "Yes thank you dear! No need to talk more about this." Yuzu chuckled. "Wow that's lame now isn't it papa?" Yuzu smirked looking at Sho who slouched on the table and grumbled. "Thanks for the laugh mama, I needed that." Yuzu smiled really appreciating the efforts her mom made, Ume smiled back and kissed yuzu on the cheek. "Of course sweetie, any time." Yuzu got her stuff and left before saying one more thing as she stood near the door getting ready to open it. "But you really should talk to your daughter don't you think papa? Aren't you like forty something, get past the awkward phase already" Sho exclaimed as he lifted his head up feeling offended at yuzu and Ume giggled laughing softly before yuzu left closing the door behind her.

'Wow the President seems really low today'
'Tell me about it, I tried to talk to her but she ignored me'
'I feel sorry for her but she seems more beautiful when she's sad'
Yuzu walked inside the classroom and couldn't help but listen to the girls talk about Mei right in front of her and Mei ignored them. Yuzu pulled her serious face before turning all friendly walking up to them girls.
"Hey girls, what is it about the president that's concerning you?" Yuzu smiled brightly showing off her pearl white teeth and they all blushed. "A-ah, Aihara yuzu! w-well um...I..." yuzu stared at the stuttering girls in confusion and she sighed before she heard harumin calling her. "Hey yuzuchi whatcha doing? Get your beautiful self into those hard uncomfortable seats". Harumin smiled as she saw yuzu slightly smiled still feeling bad about Mei. "Wow what's got the prez feeling so low today?" Harumin turned her chair so she was facing yuzu and yuzu just groaned and slouched down resting her face on the table. "Don't wanna talk about it harumin..." harumin looked at yuzu. "Well you wanna tell me what you were asking those girls?" Harumin pointed at the girls who were looking at yuzu and yuzu then noticed she was being stared at and she just groaned and turned her head still on the table looking at harumin. "I know you are telling me this so you can trick me into answering your question." Yuzu looked at harumin in the eyes and harumin laughed. "Well well, look who's being a smartass today." Yuzu sighed. I made Mei feel bad...I feel as if I'm responsible for how Mei's acting, I really am the worst...

The two friends were out eating food somewhere after school. Harumin was having the time of her life while yuzu felt so low.
"Oh my god yuzuchi it's as if I'm spending time with a zombie here don't you think?" Harumin was looking at the photos she took with yuzu while giggling because of how funny yuzu looked. "Oh my god this is the best of them all! Omg yuzu hahah!" Harumin bursted our laughing. "Aww your panda eyes look cute, and your cheekbones are poking out, did you eat today? Come to think of it you didn't eat in the cafeteria" Harumin now stopped laughing as she poked Yuzu's cheek and she acted more concerned now and yuzu looked up to look at harumin in the eyes. Her eyes were shining from the water her eyes were building up and she quickly hugged harumin letting her head fall onto her chest. "I-I...it's just everything I t-try to do is..." I've never done anything like this...this an in made an effort into anything until now, people also reminded me about how scum I was...
