It has been three days since the incident at the docks, and Blake seems to be acting unusually quiet. Despite all your efforts to get her to open up, she isn't having any of it and refuses to talk, so you've been spending most of your time with Pyrrha and your other friends.
"Do you have any idea what is going on with Blake?" You asked Pyrrha curiously.
"Not at all. I've noticed she's been withdrawn and quiet since your mentioned incident at the docks, but I'm not sure why she would block everyone out." She replied curiously.
"Maybe she just needs space?" Trinity suggested nonchalantly as Pyrrha left the room.
"Whatever it is, trying to force our way to answers would only make the situation worse. I think the best option would be to leave her be for a while." Dawn said casually as Ruby approached the group.
"Hey, Dawn!" She said confidently.
"Hey." He said, hugging her subconsciously.
"So you're dating now, huh?" You asked nonchalantly.
"I'm so sorry! I was going to tell you-"
"Don't worry about it. We're not together anymore, so who she's with doesn't concern me. I was just curious." You replied casually.
"So you're not bothered by it? It's usually hard to tell if you're pissed." He asked seriously.
"Dude, you're still my bro and I'm serious. You're dating and I'm genuinely happy for you, so don't think I'd get butthurt over my ex dating someone else, besides, I've got my girlfriends and I'm happy. It's not a big deal." You replied with a smile and a thumbs up.
"Alright, fair point." He said as Ruby giggled from your nonchalance.
"And now?" You asked her curiously.
"It's just the way you and he are going back and forth. It's kinda funny." She said as she cuddled up closer to Dawn.
"Is she really trying to push my buttons?" You thought to yourself as Blake walked past you.
"Blake! Mind if I tag along?" You asked casually.
"Are you going to help me?" She asked irritably as bags under her eyes are evident.
"Help you with what?" You replied nervously.
"Nevermind. I'll be on my way, see you around." She replied sternly.
"Wait! What do you need help with? I'm seriously worried about you!" You replied sternly.
"I'm no longer 'missing' and I can take care of myself! Just, don't worry about it, alright!" She snapped.
"Blake. I'm not leaving your side until you tell me what is bothering you... and how I can be of assistance? You do remember what I told you at the fountain, right?" You remarked sternly.
"Fine. You want to help? Find out what Roman has on the White Fang, and why he is working with them. Once you do that, and get some solid evidence as well as his motives, I'll be in the library." She growled as she stormed away.
"Tough break, huh?" Yang asked casually.
"Tell me about it. What's so important about the White Fang and Roman's involvement? I get that they're a genocidal group of human killers, and that she was a part of their group at one point, but I don't get why she's so riled up about it." You replied with a sigh of frustration.
Just then, you got a message from Blake."I change my mind. I think it's best if you just stay with Pyrrha, and her only. You won't be of any help to my investigation and will only slow me down."
