Recap:-

Four POV

Our parents came in and my father instantly removed the ring from my hand. "What happened?" Andrew asks. "I don't know. I just placed my silver ring in Four's hand and he started screaming." Tris says. "Marcus, what is going on?" He asks my father. My father's face pales, obviously afraid to reveal the truth to them.

Tris POV

I knew it! My guess was correct! He is a werewolf and that's why I wasn't able to compel him 'cause I know that no one in entire Chicago consumes  vervain. Only supernatural beings cannot be compelled by other supernatural beings.

I got a slight hint when Marcus, Four's father, avoided touching the silver cutlery on the dinner table, and that's why I placed my silver ring in Four's  hand and I was indeed right about their family being werewolves. "What is going on here Marcus? What happened?" My father asks.

"Well..." Marcus starts. " Could you promise me something?" He asks. We nod, and I put up my most innocent face. "Well... please don't freak out but we are werewolves." He says. Caleb, my mom, my dad and me nod.

That certainly was not the reaction they expected from us, but how could we tell them that we are vampires ourselves and have been through enough crazy adventures while we were humans and also werewolves and vampires are like big  enemies. Explains the reason why  I never really liked him from the start.

"Why aren't you guys freaking out?" Four asks. " Well, every species has the right to live and not be abandoned. You guys are just a particular species too, we humans must accept that." My mother says. What else can she say as her own kids are vampires. " So your secret is safe with us" I say, and Four just looks at me in disbelief.

I look at him with puppy eyes and he just says, "Fine. Thankyou for understanding. We appreciate you all for understanding." We nod and smile. Our parents start talking to each other and Caleb goes to his room for drinking some blood, which leaves me and Four.

He comes to me and starts, "Why didn't you react?" "Are you deaf?" I ask. Did he not hear what my mother said. I know abnegation talk nicely to people but I just can't bear this blue-dreamy-eyed boy. Wait, why am I calling him dreamy eyed? Ugh, whatever.  "Aren't you supposed to be kind like you know you are abnegation and all?" He says. "So are you. Even you are abnegation and abnegation aren't supposed to ask too many questions. So, shut up." I say.

"Are you always so rude?" He asks.

"That's  none of your business."

"Aww. You are so adorable when you don't like someone."

"Are you flirting with me?"

"No but could you at least pretend to like me?"

"Okay." I agree, not wanting to talk any longer with this idiot. He smiles as if he just won a lottery. Caleb comes down and I see blood on the side of his mouth. I quickly rush to him and wipe it away before anyone gets suspicious.

Four POV

Caleb comes down the stairs and tris rushes to him with an annoyed expression and wipes his mouth. What is up with these siblings and why cant I sniff and identify what they are? They smell human-ish but still. You wait and watch Tris I have two things in mind for you:
1) Make you fall in love with me.
2) Find out what you are.

They come toward me and our parents are still talking. "Sorry for running away like that." Tris says. "So how did you trigger the werewolf curse?" Caleb the know-it-all asks. I see Tris nod slyly at him. " Well, lets just say I accidently killed a man on the road and that's how I triggered the curse." I reply. "So how do you change, like does it hurt?" Tris asks. "First time it hurts but over a period of time it doesn't hurt anymore. Like you kind of get used to it." They both just nod.
