Smile once, cry twice.
Those eyes and its lies.
Layers of tears ran dry;
"Why did I even try?"

Step once, thrice I fell.
This pain none can tell.
A feet deep but it hurts.
Non-existent, its worths.

Not sparking joy anymore;
My eyes red and sore.
I just want to rest, sleep.
In peace, dive down deep.

Consoled myself alone,
Built these walls of stone.
Stop me, doin' it again;
It'll be okay. When?

Heal once, wounded pleas.
Doubled, stop it please.
It stacked and piled up;
Never a cherry on top.
