Dear Abd/Amat,

You may be struggling with your mental health right now. And due to this, you thinking patterns aren't the best, you sometimes want to push people away because you feel they don't care and they may be people who are willing to help you, people who genuinely care about you, but your thoughts tell you that they don't really care, that they only pity you and they don't really want anything to do with you. When struggling with mental health, you have to try to control and retrain your thoughts, to let yourself know that because of your situation,  what you're thinking may not necessarily be the case. If you fail to do this and you do end up pushing people away, you're also stopping yourself from getting the emotional support that you need, and you'll only be making your situation worse.
You may be pushing away those same people who will help you heal and you may not realise it presently. It's hard, but try as much as possible to not act on your negative thoughts.
