carolina ginger hudson-storms. she was the only thing that kept them together for as long as they were together. but when she was ten years old they couldn't do it anymore. correction ryland couldn't do it anymore he felt no love for his husband anymore. and chase understood that. but what really broke him to no end was that Ryland told their daughter he was getting remarried 2 years to the day they told her they were getting a divorce.
he understood where his ex husband was coming from but when he heard this he broke down. he cried. he screamed. his daughter held him while whispering soft coos. his daughter heart shattered hearing her father cry like this.
months went by chase slowly sinking deeper into depression. his daughter felt terrible, but there was no way she was going to tell her other father. she didn't even wan to think about what he was going to say.
as more months passed chase started to grow ill. he stayed until he was on his death bed. until he whispered his final words "i don't think he understand how much I love him. i don't think anyone understands. you take real good care of him baby ok, i love you baby more than the moon the stars and everything there ever was" Carolina let out a single tear as she held her fathers hand "don't cry baby it's my time, goodbye my sweet girl"carolina let out a soft but sad smile knowing that would want to be her dads last thing her sees "bye daddy, I love you too"and with that her daddy left the world. she lay next to him caressing his face making sure she would never forget it...
