you wake up to quinton coughing

You: are you good quin

your hand goes to his back patting his back until he stops

Quinton: yea sorry

You: babe you don't have to be sorry your good

Quinton: yea

You: are you still tired

Quinton: mhm

You: go back to sleep baby i'll make some breakfast for when you wake up

Quinton: noo can you stay until i fall asleep please

You: yesh bub

he crawls onto your chest with his legs diagonal on the bed

you rub hid back with one hand and the other is resting on his scalp moving your thumb in circles

after about 20 minutes he was deep asleep

you roll him off your body throwing a blanket over his body

you go downstairs in this

you decide to go to the store to get stuff for waffles and soup later

you throw these on

and go out the door

you got fruit and waffle mix and stuff for soup and go back to your car when you ran into fletcher

F: hey chloe why are you out alone

You: hah i had to get groceries

F: oh yea what happened with quinton

You: you mean being sick yea he has strep recovering as we speak

F: i'm sorry i hope he feels better

You: yep me too i really feel bad I've been trying to help obviously how i can don't think i'm doing the best but i'm trying i guess

F: yea has he been doing anything

You: sleeping and taking baths taking medicine

F: oh how is he

You: he says he feels terrible which hurts me i don't want him to feel like that i would 100% rather it be me but it doesn't go how you want it

he leaves and you drive home

you go inside and set the groceries down and go check on quinton

he was still sleeping so you just went back downstairs and started cooking

you took a plate of waffles up to quinton

You: good morning cutie come on i made waffles

You: no problem babes i am making soup for later

Quinton: thank you baby really you don't have to

You: i just want you to feel better babe

you go downstairs and finish making the soup and all the boys came down

You: hey guys i made waffles and soup is cooking

you finish cooking and go upstairs

Quinton: can we watch movies i'm bored

ya'll cuddle and watch 6 movies until 9:50 when quinton fell asleep you got up and changed into pjs and went back to bed cuddling an asleep quinton
