Chapter 7.3: "Breaking and Entering" (Part 3)

-The Next Day-

Adam's POV:

I couldn't sleep at all last night. I waited and waited. Eventually, Jasmine woke up and went back on her computer. We had the plan to buy an apartment, and we will both keep Y/N safe. And we could get to that point if she'd just tell us already!

Jasmine: "Anything yet?"

Adam: "No..."

Jasmine: "Just give her some time. She's probably still asleep."

Adam: "Yeah... I just wish she would make it quick. I can't wait any longer. I'm getting so worried."

Jasmine: "So am I. But look, we get the address, we go get her, we go to the apartments until I find us a house."

*musical ding

Me and Jasmine look at her phone, and it was a text message. And it was from Y/N! Oh, thank God. The message said: "The address is 2424 Baker St. The house is pretty easy to spot. It's not too far from the mall. Here's a photo."

Now that we know what it looks like. We're ready to go.

Adam: "Thanks, we'll be on our way."

Jasmine: "Meet me from behind the house. And be quiet."

With that, we end the message there. With that, we're ready to go.

Y/N's POV:

I'm in so much trouble. My mom caught trying to get my phone to call my friends about our address, but she took it from me, and I assume she texted something to my friends. She then puts my phone down, and for the first time in like forever, she had a furious look on her face.

Katherine: "Explain yourself, young lady. What's this about?"

Y/N: "I... I... mom, please. This isn't what it seems like."

I start to tear up, but because I'm scared of what she'll do to me and my friends.

Katherine: "Baby, don't cry. Just answer me; did you call your friends to leave me? Are you wanting to leave?"

Y/N: "Yes."

Mom went silent for about a few seconds looking down at the floor, but eventually came up to me, gave me a kiss on the cheek, and walked out of my room with the shotgun in her hand.

Y/N's mind: (I have to get out and warn them. How do I get out? How do I get out? I can't believe I'm going to do this, but I got no choice now.)

I pick up one of my heavy toys and carry them to the window.

Katherine's POV:

They want to take my baby away. I won't let it happen. I'll kill anyone to keep my baby here. I'll make her forget all about them. David will have some company down there for a while before I kill him too.
