It's been a couple of days since our interview with the police. We told them everything, and while some thought we were high, others believed us. They would continue to ask us questions, all of which relate to the book I took from dad. He took about two minutes going through some pages while mentioning some "disturbing sketches".

I never got a chance to open it, but I assume it's related to Kin Quav, and that yandere effect bullcrap.
A few hours later, I asked some pathologists, and some men dressed in strange suits if there were in any bodies. They only found two bodies, and while they couldn't identify who they were. One of them had the top half of their skull gone, so I think that was Melvin's body. But there were no details on the second body. Oh and also, apparently there weren't any more bodies. So, here's a hunch; mom, dad, grandma, and maybe Ron are still alive. Jason and Melvin most definitely dead.
So, what do I do now? The police and even those suited men offered no help, except for a piece of advice; to just live out my life as intended, and that they'll handle the situation. On our way out, I overheard a brief conversation between two of the suited men. Their voices were starting to fade, but I don't care. I just don't fucking care. I know I can live my life without any worries. Maybe mom and grandma did die. I am finally free.
Adam: "This is it Y/N."
Y/N: *crying "Thank you. Thank you guys so much. I just wish dad was here with me."
Jasmine: "We'll be there for you Y/N."
I continue to cry with tears of joy. I have never felt so alive in all my life.
After a week, were ready to start a new life. We all walk to our new temporary home. It's a small house, but it'll do. Adam makes the walk more enjoyable and easier on me as he carries me, like what a groom would do for their bride. He and Jasmine then start to ramble on and on about how they're going to "fix" my life. I wonder what they have in mind? Speaking of grooms and brides, I have something to say to.
Y/N: "Adam..."
Adam: "Yeah babe?
Y/N: "If we continue to stay together... maybe in a few years... will you marry me?"
Adam: "I'd like that. I really would Y/N. I will always be there for you."
Y/N: "Oh my God yes!"
Jasmine: "Get a room you two."
We all laugh at Jasmine's joke. This is something I've been looking forward too after a long time. I begin to talk about how our wedding should be, and where we can all live. Hell, Jasmine can live with us if she'd like. Though she rejected the offer since this is between me and Adam now. But she would be more than happy to visit.
