"there you are" Damon and Ophelia both say as they quickly turn the corner and almost run right into Elena and Stefan
"What are you two doing, where is Bonnie?" Elena asks in confusion
"the witch?" Ophelia asks, trying to remember, though she was pretty sure that it was the witch
"She's doing what she has to do" Damon says and Ophelia rolls her eyes
"I tod you idiots that she couldn't take him, you seriously let her go and do it?" Ophelia says in frustration, she didn't care for the witch however she did care when she was kind enough to warn people not to do something and then they go ahead and do it anyways "are you fucking kidding me?"
"what!" Elena yells at Damon
"where is she?" Stefam asks him quickly
"Stefan, let her do this" Damon says and pushes Stefan back slightly
"Damnit Damon, where is she" Stefan asks angrily and shoves his older brother back
Ophelia can hear Bonnie and Klaus fighting "come on, they're this way" Ophelia tells them quickly and then turns around and begins to run off towards the classroom they were in though she made sure not to go too fast so that all of them could keep up with her
They finally make it to the classroom but as soon as Elena tries to walk in Bonnie turns around and uses her powers to slam the door shut on her so that she couldn't come in and stop her
Stefan tries to open the door but he cant. Elena and Stefan continue to bang on the door while Ophelia just stands back, not knowing what to do. She didn't want to watch Klaus getting hurt, though she defiantly did want him to pay for what he did to her and their family so she let Bonnie do it, she was selfish, and she wasn't afraid to admit that
In the end, Bonnie ends up collapsing to the ground while Klaus stands there watching them with a smirk on his face, his cocky personality showing them just how powerful he really was
"out of my way" Ophelia finally mumbles, feeling bad for them. Elena and Stefan move and Ophelia sends her foot flying towards the door, kicking it open easily. Elena and Stefan quickly run in and run over to Bonnie. Elena cradled her best friends body in her arms while Stefan looked at Ophelia in confusion, he couldn't open those doors no matter how hard he tried and yet the girl had been able to do it like it was nothing
"Bonnie, Bonnie, Bonnie hey hey hey" Elena cries to her best friend "Stefan, shes not breathing, Stefan I cant feel her pulse, Stefan. Do something please" Elena pleads as she looks between the two vampires "Stefan, Ophelia please just do something. Just give her your blood or something. Do something please"
"its too late love" Ophelia says softly as she places her hand on Elenas shoulder "im sorry"
Elena shakes her head quickly as tears ran down her cheeks "no, no, no, no, no" she continuously chanted "bonnie. bonnie, please no"
Damon walks into the room and both Ophelia and Stefan turn to face him immedeitly and they can see the guilt written all over his face
"Stefan get Elena out of here. I'll deal with the body" Damon says
"Well that's a great way to put it" Ophelia says sarcastically and rolls her eyes
"what do you mean deal with it" Elena asks Damon angrily
"the sheriff cant know about this" Damon says and cant bring himself to look at Elena but he storms over to Bonnie and goes to grab her from Elenas arms "the last thing that we need is another mysterious death"
"this is Bonnie" Elena yells at Damon angrily and Damon looks up at Stefan
"get her home. Now" Damon commands and Stefan nods his head "so I can clean this up" he nods his head in Bonnies direction and Ophelia rolls her eyes
"hey, hey, hey, hey" Stefan says and goes to pick up Elena
"no. Jeremy" Elena stutters out "oh my god Jeremy. what about Jeremy"
"Jeremy is fine" Ophelia tells the girl
"No!" Elena cries as Stefan drags her out, leaving Damon and Ophelia behind
Damon looks down sadly at Bonnie and closes her eyes
"Why do you do it?" Ophelia asks him in confusion
"Do what?" Damon asks softly with furrowed brows
"You act like you don't care but its obvious you do. Your humanity is on but you act like it isn't" Ophelia states
"your the only one whose noticed that its not switched off and you don't even know me, you've been here a couple of days" Damon says incrediously
"Yeah well I know quite a lot about wanting to switch it off, but pain is what makes you, you. And its the only thing that we have that can make us feel like we are alive" Ophelia says to him and he nods hi head slightly, completely understanding the girl and in that moment he swore he had never had someone who understood him as much as she did "come on, lets get out of here"
Damon carries Bonnie in his arms outside of the school and walks to the back side of the school where there was no one in sight. He walked over to the open boot of his car and carefully placed her down in it
Ophelia sees a small yellow flower sticking out of the ground between one of the cracks in the pavement and she reaches down and pulls it out. Then slowly she walks over to Bonnie and places it delicately down on her chest and Damon gave her a small smile before shutting the boot of the door.
"Damon! hey I got your message I cant find anyone" they hear someone yell out and they look up to see Jeremy running towards them. Ophelia instantly felt sad for the boy, she had lost the person she loved so many times and now this boy was about to find out that he has lost the person that he loves. Nobody deserves to go through that amount of pain. Nobody.
"wheres Elena where is Bonnie?" Jeremy asks as he finally makes it over to them. When nobody says anything Jeremy keeps looking between the two, waiting for one of them to answer his question Damon looks over at Ophelia for a moment before turning back to look at Jeremy sadly
"we need to have a little talk" Damon says softly and Jeremy immedietly can tell that something was wrong, and he knew that whatever it was, he wouldn't be able to handle it

Damon and Ophelia walk into the Salvatore house and see Elena crying on the couch with Stefan infront of her. Elena immedietly stood up and glared at Damon accusingly and storms over to him "what did you do with her?"
"Will you please calm her down?" Damon asks Stefan
"don't talk like im not standing right in front of you" Elena says to Damon angrily
Damon walks up to her and says "please calm down"
"you knew didn't you. You knew that if she harnessed all of that power than she would die didn't you?" Elena asks him accusingly
"yes. Yes I knew" Damon says
Elena goes to slap him and even though neither of the boys saw it coming, Ophelia did. Her hand shot out and grabbed Elenas wrist right before her hand collided with
