Hi, we've reached this far and I want to thank everyone for taking the time in reading this story. Enjoy the epilogue!
I wrote another story, a sequel of this one and I am inviting all of you to a deeper story of the Moor Dimension and the rival kingdom of Verch.

"My child, my sweet child," I saw the Queen caresses the cheeks of her beautiful daughter when I entered her chamber. The guards had been looking for her and I have a bad feeling about it.
A bad feeling like how I have felt when I look for Gia in the servants' quarters, the feeling when I learned that she disappeared the next day, and the same feeling when I saw the king outside the delivery chamber in the castle while he is soaking in the rain yesterday.
"Your Majesty, the guards are looking for you," I directly said which made her confused. Then she gasped in shock and handed the baby to me.
"Please, please keep her safe. Protect her," she seems frightened and worried.
Confused by her actions, I nodded in agreement.
"I'll keep an eye on her, your majesty," I said. Just then, the guard seized her. I stepped aside as I am afraid that the baby will be harmed.
Then Prince Willard entered the chamber.
The Queen pleaded but Prince Willard said that he cannot do anything.
Then the Queen went to me and she broke off the necklace in her neck. She places it into the baby's wrapped clothing.
"Let her keep this. Please, give her this," after placing the necklace, she is dragged out again. She shouted and that made the baby cries.
Prince Willard started walking into his chamber and I followed him. But I can't believe that he ordered me such an immoral thing to do.
To kill the baby.
As a private knight, orders from the royalty are a must and if you choose to decline, the knight's tattoo that was given to us after proving ourselves worthy for the rank will burn and will continue to torture us.
But as I look at the baby and I touched her blushing cheeks, I decided not to oblige to his command.
As I started walking away from Prince Willard's chamber with the fixed decision I made, the tattoo started burning under my armor.
I went to the knight's quarter and saw Oliver sprawl in the bed.
I kick him and he wakes up with a grumpy face.
"What the---"
"Shh!"
He looks at me in confusion and his eyes moved to the cloth I have in my hands.
"We need to save her, Oliver. Prince Willard ordered me to kill her," he stood up abruptly and tear the sleeves of my uniform. There he saw the partially burnt tattoo.
"Shit!" He immediately wears his armor and got his sword. "You shouldn't say those words," he whispered. "Ihllias might be listening to us, fuck! Give her to me, follow me and cover me, I know a way," he whispered again and held the now sleeping little Veridian.
The journey is long but we still reached the island of Bryn. While we were trying to steal a boat, we saw Agnes outside Madam Norie's house.
Was it the month already?
She visited Madam Norie every other month and she will bring goods and news from the other side. But I forgot her schedule of visiting because I was in the castle.
