I NEED YOU

The Office

Noah's POV
I haven't seen Vivienne since saturday, after what happened things have been awkward between us. She is obviously avoiding me.

I stood close to the car waiting for her to come out as it was Monday and I  will be driving her to the office. She emerged from the front door wearing a tight black skirt showing her curves. She matched it with  a green chiffon button up shirt with black pumps heels  to compliment  her outfit. She looked hot and sexy.
"Good morning" I greeted as I helped her to carry her documents and laptop bag . she let me carry them and walked past me to the car. She got in without responding to my greeting. I put her things in the car close to her before going to the drivers seat. I started the car and drove her to the office  .

Vivienne's POV
He stood close  to the car waiting for me with a frown on his face, I miss seeing his smiling face and those white set of teeth that seem to be perfectly arranged, the little dimple that appears on his right cheek whenever he smiled . I wanted to run into his arms but I kept a bold expression and acted as though he had no effect on me. I heard him say  good morning but I did it respond. I just wanted  to get into the car. He got in and drove to the office.

"Good morning Miss" the receptionist greeted as I walked in. I  smiled at her and walked towards the elevator. I  heard a "good morning" I turned to my right to see a girl about my age smiling at me.
" Morning" I  said trying to avoid any form of conversation.
" I  would have come to see you personally at the office but I can't wait. I  want to say thank you for giving me this Job.  I am  grateful." she said smiling
" And you are?" I  questioned
" Regina... Regina  Marcus" she replied
" and what did you apply for?"  I asked again
"the Post for your Personal assistant ma"  she answered
" well you see, you only got this job because you're qualified for it so there is no need to thank me. Just do your job well and I  assure you, we will get along just fine.  Do you understand ? I  asked then I heard  a ding sound for the elevator  signaling me to enter. I  did and smiled at her before asking,
" are you  coming?"  she seem to be taken aback at my question probably not expecting it from me she got into before the elevator door closes.

I have been working since morning, the paper work is just too much. Being the head of the  Finance department is not a child's play. I balanced every account but I  can't seem to get it right with the M&O enterprise. After conducting a risk management and approving the budget the forecast  for last month result is not corresponding with the annual result. I sighed feeling frustrated, I  stood up a and I took a glass, I  filled  it with champagne and  leaned on the glass window  which gave my office a good view. I looked down and saw Noah Chatting with the security men. He seem to always pull people to him. He has this ability to put smiles on peoples Face. I just wish we are on good terms. it is probably my fault and raging hormones that made us this way. Maybe I should apologise to him and we will be okay as before. 
I smiled when I saw him trying to demonstrate something to the security men. He almost fell to the ground but he was quick to cover it up. 
After I  finished drinking my champagne, I kept the glass  on the shelf before I went back to work. I need to finish before closing hour.  I know mommy will request for it so I dived in back to work.
