Dinner Date

I can't believe it is friday already I stood at my balcony staring into the empty space after  a while  I got tired and went back inside 
I walked back into my room feeling very emotional
Why was I feeling this way? It all started after I visited my mom's  office, I met Noah's friends and they are Lovely, fun to be with, easy going and free spirited. I just like them.
They way they all looked at me made me feel self conscious about my self and plus they are also handsome not as handsome as Noah but they are good looking .

Noah is a definition of a gentleman, he is caring, loving, sweet, and highly knowledgeable his looks are just the additional features to his whole being, every woman wants that kind of man.
I mean who doesn't  want a man who gives them attention, advices them, be sweet to them, support them, make them believe in their self .Noah has all this trait and I won't mind being his woman 'jeeez what am i saying'
Tonight I have a date with Joshua, why did I even agree to go on this  date with him, I wish Noah is the  one taking me on this date but I guess my luck is not yet to shine.
I entered the bathroom to shower,the dripping of the water on my skin was nice , the steam made the glass look smoky  I  was so  deep in my thoughts that  did not hear my phone ring
I answered on the third ring
"hello ...hey its me Joshua i'm outside your house" He said
"ooh okay" I will be there in some minutes...
" okay" then he hang up
I dashed out of the bathroom and went  into my closet, my outfit was already set, the only thing remaining was my makeup
After I finished I went out to meet him
" you look nice" he said opening the passenger door for me
"thank  you" I replied before siting down he also got in and we drove off .

We arrived at Chilla  luxury restaurant
" reservation for Adams" he said to the waiter...
"Oh come this way please " the waiter told us
After we ordered our meal he started talking and he went on for hours with me just replying a yes and true to everything he was saying he did not even give room for me to talk.
The date was so boring that I forgot that I was with someone and I started to think about Noah.
' I  wonder what Noah would be doing now?'I thought to my self completely zoning out of our conversation. Then I  felt a light tap on my shoulder
" are  you okay?" he asked concern evident on his face
"no I mean yes, I  am fine just tired" I told him
" we can go home if you want ? He asked
" yeah okay lets go" I said I  did not wait for a reply before leaving the restaurant.
This is the most boring date i've ever been to. It won't happen again.I was happy because I would be going home away from this imbecile ..Jeez I can't stand his boastful character.
We both got into the car and he drove back to the estate.
" we should really do this sometime he said dropping me  off.
"okay nice, thank you " I  said  as I came down from the car
"Viv I mean like another date" he specified
" I don't know Joshua, till then I answered  turning around to get  into the house. That was the only thing I  could say because I know that this would be my  first and last date with him.
