A couple weeks later
Y/n POV:
Tom had gone back to L.A the weekend after my audition to finish shooting the movie and wouldn't be coming back until 2 more months he wasn't so sure yet. Well anyways It had been a while and I still hadn't received a call telling me if I got the part at that Point I had just given up. It was my dream to be in a show especially to sing In the show made it better. But then I got a phone call from my manager.
"Hey lily" I said.
"Hey y/n I don't have good news... YOU GOT THE PART!!" she said excitedly.
"Seriously thank you I have to go bye." I said.
I was so excited I couldn't believe that I actually ended up getting the part but then I realized that I had to go to Vancouver to film the first season of the show. After the call I went next door to the holland's to tell them the good new and I planned on texting tom after. After I knocked on the door, Paddy opened the door hugging me while everyone had said good morning.
"I have some important news" I said with huge smile on my face.
"Its obvious dear you can see it on you face what happened" Nikki said.
"I got the part in the show!" I said excitedly while they all congratulated me and celebrated.
"But I have to leave to Vancouver to film the first season next week." I said wondering how they would react but they were happy that my dream was coming true. I then texted tom the good news.

Yeah I got the part Tom I did it!

Toms POV:
I was in the hair and makeup trailer when y/n texted me telling me that she got the part in the show and she was coming to L.A for filming. The person doing my hair could tell I was excited I mean I would be able to see my best friend more often who doesn't want that. But lately things weren't so great between me and Zendaya we had some arguments every so often but I loved her and we fixed things. I was just happy for y/n her dreams were coming true and she would get to sing on the show.
Y/n POV:
I couldn't wait my dreams were coming true although I wouldn't have much time to make music I would be in L.A and I would be able to see my best friend more often. I hated admitting it but my mum knew that most of my music was about Tom I liked him in high school but he always ended up with someone who wasn't me and I had to move on but it wasn't easy.
The day he was with Zendaya at the party it was hard for me but he was happy which is all that matters I wanted him to be happy and I accepted that it was time for me to move on. Little did I know that I would be moving on sooner than I thought.
