With a second crack Serpensi appeared a metre or two above the roof of the prison expecting to be met by droves of Dementors. She span a full 360° with her wand raised, she was as shocked as she was grateful that she was met with one or two far off in the distance and they did not seem to have noticed her appear. Simultaneously her senses returned so did her fear, however the lack of Dementors was made up by numerous searchlights and deafening alarms. Panic hit her like a rebounding spell, realising she had very little time she put her plan into motion. She dived off the far corner of the structure falling in unison with the thick heavy rain, screaming "Arresto Momentum!" She stopped inches from the ground - her heart beating rapidly.
The next move was to get through the front door, which she expected to be more heavily guarded. Thinking she'd already been detected, she convinced herself that she no longer need be hiding her whereabouts. With this thought Serpensi pointed her wand at the great wooden doors "Bombarda Maxima!" As the great doors of the prison shattered and fell towards her Serpensi was forced to roll backwards to avoid being crushed. As they slammed to the ground, they threw up torrents of soaked sand and dirt.
She strode into the prison expecting to meet heavy resistance but none came, although she was thankful for not meeting any enemies she grew suspicious that she was walking into a trap. Has her father set her up to fail? Moving even deeper, into the even darker section of Azkaban she moved past many ancient cells. When she walked past certain cells cold and withered hands would reach out and grasp at her begging for help. Her search went on for what felt like hours, until she came across a dark and lonely cell where she lay her eyes upon a decrepit, aged man. She whispered his name in Parseltongue "Ssssehhhayaeehhasseeyhassaayaayaaseyytha." The man turned to Serpensi wide-eyed and confused, he replied in Parseltongue "Hasseeyaayaassaahssaahhathehhhssss?" Serpensi replied sharply "No. I'm not Riddle, I'm someone else." "Then who are you?" "That's not important right now." "Then what is?" "Getting you home, Morfin." "But, why me? Why no one else here." "Because no one here is a descendant of Salazar Slytherin." "But, how do you know?" "I'll explain when you're safe - they know I'm here." "I don't think it's you they're after. It's that murderer they're after." "That doesn't matter to me - come now." And with this she cast a second 'Bombarda' and blast open his cell. Rather that swinging open, it simply fell off its hinges as it hasn't been opened for over 40 years. With great caution and hesitation, Morfin poked his head out of the cell. Reaching into her back pocket Serpensi threw Morfin a spare wand that she had required at the shack. Morfin fumbled as he grabbed the wand, seeming almost scared to hold it. Using the 'Lumos' charm once more, she ventured back the way she had just come.
She had instructed Morfin to cover her back, but at this moment he seemed of little to no use as his attempt to walk backwards behind her had failed due to his shuffling and continuously tripping up. Realising this Serpensi instructed him to be on the lookout for any Dementors as they neared the exit, but there was none for him to see. As they made their way unopposed out the front doors, onto the shore line. Mordin stared at Serpensi with a look of curiosity as she produced a small wooden boat from her robes. Telling the man to stand back, she threw it a few metres away into the ocean, with the look of confusion growing on his face he simply stared at the girl with lowered eyebrows he questioned. "What you playing at girly - this some type of joke to you." Addressing him sharply but not turning towards him she said "No it's not, that's why I said stand back." With her mind now focused on the boat in the water, she flicked her wand with determination and shouted very clearly "Engorgio!" With no hesitation she shoves the old man into the boat, not a second later she joined him. With a simple charm Serpensi made the boat row itself, finally looking over at Morfin she finds him passed out at the bottom of the boat. The silent journey continued until Serpensi's arms were close to giving out, Morfin still asleep at the bottom of the boat and soaked through he had not stirred once. When they reached where they needed to be, Serpensi decided to wake him up - she tried numerous times to wake the old man but was unsuccessful. Growing frustrated and running out of time, fighting back the urge to use the 'Cruciatus' curse she used the 'Rennervate' charm - he jolted shaking all settled rain off his head. In an obvious moment of confusion, he pointed his wand at Serpensi in an aggressive manner having no time for this disruption, she simply whispered to him in parseltongue "Calm down, now!" as she said this, they locked eyes which seemed to help and he calmed down a lot.
Having reached the very outskirts of the charms protecting Azkaban, she took Morfin's hand and cracked away.
They reappeared in the repaired Gaunt Shack, the moment their feet touched the ground Morfin disarmed Serpensi with his wand and shouted at her "Tell me now. What's going on here?" Finally turning to face him she spoke bluntly "Wait till I'm finished." Rage building inside him, he pointed both wands at her and yelled at the top of his lungs "I DID MY WAITING!"
