Sahdev POV

4 hours... that's how long I have to prove to Nakul that jyesth is innocent... Prove to myself...? I don't even know...

"Jyesth poisoned you!...Don't you trust me dev?...we leave at dawn..." Nakul's words rang through my head way too fast way too much... Everything seemed to blur as my eyes filled with tears.

"Dev," Nakul says shaking me out of my thoughts. "Don't cry twinie, don't waste your tears on people who couldn't care less about them."

"Dawn" I say suddenly

"What?"

"Dawn 4 hours!"

I get up suddenly and am about to leave the room when; "Deva wait! I- where are you going??"

"Jyesth... Arjun bhaiya!... mata! Somewhere! I- I need to find something! Tell so-"

"No! Dev! I-if yuvraj finds out we know he could kill you! No! I- you're not telling anyone I can't let you!" Nakul says looking at me panic clearly visible on his face.

"What do you mean?! I have to kul!! We need to know what's going on I-"

"NO!! You can't! If yuvraj finds out he'd- no dev if you leave this room you have to promise me you won't tell or hell even talk to Yuvraj! Find out what you need to by other means or we leave at dawn!"

"Nakul! How am I even supposed to find out without talking to him?!"

"Even if you do it won't make a difference dev... I'm sure he's behind all of this! I heard him! You saw the kheer was poisoned! I don't care! The only reason I'm even agreeing to this is because you're so persistent!"

"Yes! Yes I'm persistent because I can't risk this all being a misconception or manipulation!"

"And I can't risk losing the only family i have!!" Nakul says glaring at me... I can understand where he's coming from honestly... after the forest incident I was just as scared...

"Nakul I already said you won't lose me! And if I can't find anything we'll leave!"

"Promise me!" Nakul pleads

Before I can reply I stop abruptly... Nakul looks at me confused...

"What's going on??" Arjun bhaiya asks from the entrance of the library.

Nakul turns around and grabs my hand slightly pulling me back.

"Nakul calm down" i say worried... Nakul being angry in front of bhaiya will only worry him...

"Do not discuss this with anyone! Understood??"

"...yeah, fine!"

"Discuss what?" Arjun bhaiya says confused.

"Nothing bhaiya!"

"Hmm... sure. Then why are you are you looking at me like you saw a ghost?" He says walking up and ruffling my hair with a chuckle.

Nakul tenses up and It's clear bhaiya notices...

"What happened kul??" He asks perplexed.
