Nina and Adam were back from their honeymoon. Steve insisted that they all visit London together.
"I wanna introduce you guys to my foster parents," Steve said when they landed in London's Heathrow Airport. "Come on, their place isn't so far away."
They booked a cab and rode to their destination.

"This is it," Steve said, standing in front of a beautiful grey brick house. "This is where they live."
"Why does this place look so familiar...?" Adam asked, looking at the lovely house in front of him.
Adam looked around the place, raking his brain for the answer. Steve chuckled and rang the doorbell. A woman in her late sixties came out with a smile and opened the gate for them.
"Hello, Steve!" The woman greeted her foster son with a big hug. "It's nice to see you visiting!"
"Hey, grandma," Steve greeted her back with a hug. "How's grandpa?"
"He's inside," the woman said, touching Steve's smiling face with a smile of her own. Then she glanced behind him and saw two people there. "You've brought some friends?"
Steve stepped aside to let her see his parents. Nina stepped forward with a smile.
"It's nice to meet you," Nina greeted. "Thanks for taking care of our son when we can't."
"Son?" The woman asked in surprise. She turned to Steve with a look of confusion. "Steve, this is your mother? I mean... I can definitely see that you take after her, but... she's so young!"
Nina just smiled with a shrug. The old woman then turned to Adam. Adam was facing the other way, scratching his head as he tried to remember this place.
The woman went to him and put a hand on his shoulder. Adam turned around and looked at her in surprise.
"M-Mom?" Adam said, eyes widening.
"Adam!" Mrs Wilson shouted in shock. She turned to Steve in surprise. "Steve, how did you know him?"
"That's my dad, grandma," Steve said with a grin. "Looks like my hunch was right then. He really is your son!"
"Adam's your son?!" Nina asked in shock. "Adam! You don't remember your own house?!"
Mrs Wilson cupped his face in her hands.
"What happened to you?" Mrs Wilson asked, looking into her son's emerald eyes. "It wasn't like you to not even give us a call. What happened to you, Addy?"
Adam hesitated to reply. He looked down and sighed. Mrs Wilson let go of his face and went over to Steve.
"What happened, Steve?" She asked. "How did he meet your mother? How were you born?"
She went back to Adam and demanded an explanation.
"Where have you been all these years?!" Mrs Wilson shouted, violently shaking his shoulders. "And now you come back with a son?! No wonder Steve acted a lot like how you did when you were young! Also, how are you so young? The only thing that changed is your hairstyle! Also, the lab. You know what, you're coming with me."
She dragged her son into the house. Steve and his mother grinned and brought their baggage in. They entered the house and found Adam sitting down sheepishly while Harper Wilson was complaining about him to her husband, Jacob.
"What happened to you, Adam?" Jacob asked, looking at his son in concern. "You haven't changed much since the last time we saw you!"
"I was frozen in age," Adam exaggerated. "That's why I'm physically only twenty-seven when I'm actually forty-six."
"Then how did you get married and have a son?" Harper asked, surprised. "Don't tell me you guys had him before getting married and then just abandoned him in that Japanese orphanage and went to cryosleep or whatever it's called?"
"We didn't actually know that we have a son," Nina said. "My genes were used in the experiment, without my consent. Adam on the other hand..."
"I knew that my genes would be used, but the Doctor told me that my son had died in one of the experiments," Adam said. "But it wasn't until a few years ago that I received an unknown letter, claiming that my son didn't and that he was alive and well somewhere."
"And you didn't bother to look for me?" Steve asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I didn't have a clue as to who you are!" Adam defended in desperation.
"Oh yeah, I forgot that you don't watch fighting tournament..." Steve said, shaking his head while rolling his eyes. "You would've easily found me if you did..."
"You look just like your mother, Steve," Jacob said, examining Steve's and Nina's face. "But you inherited Adam's hair colour. Harper's hair colour."
"How dare you went into cold-sleep without telling us?!" Harper asked, shoving at Adam's side. "You're a bad son..."
"I know..." Adam said, burying his face in his hands. "Sorry mom, sorry dad..."
"But still the same mushy Addy..." Harper said, grinning at Adam. "You haven't changed at all, have you?"
"He hasn't changed at all," Nina added. "He's still the same since when we were in university."
"Wait you guys knew each other since university?" Jacob asked in shock. "Adam, care to explain...?"
They all did and the Wilsons looked at their son in shock.
"You did all of that?" Jacob asked in surprise. "You did?"
"And he was lame at it," Steve said, shaking his head. "He creeped us out..."
"You so did..." Nina added. "I don't regret throwing you into the pool a bunch of times..."
"Serve him right," Jacob said, shaking his head. "He deserved it, Nina."
"He so did," Steve agreed with a grin. "So it turns out I actually grew up with my own grandparents. How nice..."
"You were surrounded by family the whole time," Harper said, stroking her grandson's hair. "You reminded us a lot of Adam. And sometimes it made me cry..."
"Really?" Adam asked in surprise. "But why, ma?"
"Because you made us believe that you were dead," Jacob said solemnly. "Because it wasn't like you to not reply to our calls and texts."
"You could've given us a call when you woke up from cold-sleep, right?" Harper said, pulling her son's ear. "Don't tell me you forgot our number."
"I actually did," Adam said, trying to escape his mother's grasp.
"You forgot grandma's number, but not mom's dress size?!" Steve asked in shock. "Oh no..."
"Steve!" Adam exclaimed in pain. "Why?!"
"To add insult to injury," Steve said with a smirk. Adam groaned, much to his amusement. "I'm not sure if you're father or my brother..."
"You two do act like brothers, though," Nina said with a grin.

They had lunch while telling the Wilsons off all the weird things Adam did after he reunited with Nina.
"Also, he farted and said it smelled like fish," Nina said with a grin.
"That was to cover something else up..." Adam said. "It was to cover up the fact that we were discussing your birthday. I said something funny and you walked in on us laughing. So Steve here decided it was a good idea to put the blame on me..."
"So that's the story..." Jacob said, shaking his head. "Addy did that to me once too..."
"Oh no, why dad...?" Adam said, burying his face in his arms again. "Why is this happening to me?!"
"Because you asked for it," Steve said mockingly.
"Oh come on, Addy, they're family too," Harper said with a soft smile. "Steve's your son and Nina's your wife! What else do you need? They need to know about you."
"I agree!" Steve exclaimed with a wide grin. "Tell us more, grandma!"
Adam groaned while the others started laughing at him.
