Hell Week (3)

You sighed as you answer you test paper. This is the last day of the hell week. You can now finally rest. You felt like the weight you're carrying on your shoulders were suddenly gone as you answered the last question. You looked out the window as your mind started to travel through the endless galaxy, flashing different memories but you that one was your favourite.

You woke up feeling comfortable in the arms of someone. You were lying down at Kuroo's arms and snuggling close to his chest. You want to wake him up and tell suggest to go home but there's a part of you that wants to feel this moment. There's a part of you that enjoys being close to his chest and sniffing his scent. You glanced at his face seeing how peaceful he looks while sleeping. You closed your eyes and sighed. Maybe you're just confused? Maybe you don't really like him. You just like the way he takes care of you. Maybe you just like the thought of him. He is like a brother to you and nothing more. You weren't able to think much about it, you slowly drifted to sleep.

You woke up to a feeling of being carried but you didn't open your eyes.

"Sleep well, Kitten." You heard a voice said. You wanted to smile so badly but you don't want him to know that you're awake.

"Thank you for bringing her here" You heard you bestfriend say.

"No worries, anything to keep her safe."

Your heart started beating so hard that you can even hear it. You want to be clear about what you feel because one thing you know for sure is that you're confused. You only see him as a friend but why does your heart keeps on beating like this...?

"To those who are finished, please pass your papers in front and you may quietly leave." The professor said making you lose your thoughts. You walked out of the room and decided to wait for Kuroo to surprise him. You walked to his department and looked for his class.

You leaned at a nearby wall and waited for him to be dismissed. You noticed few students walking out of the classroom so you expected to see him in a short while. "Kitten? What are you doing here?" He asked you as soon as he laid his eyes on you.

"I told you not to call me 'kitten' in public! It's embarrassing!" You complained and pushed him playfully. He just laughed at you and walked you to your dorm.

"Do you want to go with us? Bring your friend, let's all hang out together. You know, just to celebrate the end of hell week." He invited you. This time you wish that your friend would join. You want to come with him but you feel shy to hang out with his whole squad when it's only Kuroo that you know.

"I'll think about it. I'll text you later." You waved and entered inside. You instantly laid down at your bed, you felt comfortable as soon as your back hit the mattress.

"Oi, get ready. We're going to hang out later. This is not an invitation, this is a command." You told your friend who just entered the dorm.

"Where are we going?" She asked and sat down at her bed and scrolled through her phone.

"I don't know, Kuroo just invited me to go with them." You persuaded her.
"As long as you let me use your car."
"Tsk, fine."

You grabbed your phone and texted Kuroo. You looked over and over at your message. You don't know why you became hesitant to send it. You felt timid as he sent a message before you send yours.

'What's with the typing bubbles? Are you about to lecture me? -Kuroo'

'What? No. I just want to say that my friend and I will go with you and your squad. -Y/N'

'Great, let's meet up at our meeting place at 5pm. -Kuroo'

You've been rushing your friend before the hour hand hits 5. "You're so slow!" You complained as she takes forever to get ready.

"Shut up, I'm almost done!" She laughed at you. "Geez, how excited are you to hang out with Kuroo?" She laughed and walked out of the dorm with you.

"I just don't want them to wait too long." You answered as she locks up the door.

Kuroo waved at you as you arrived at the parking lot with your friend. He opened the car's door for you earning a funny look from your friend. "Aren't you riding with us?" Kuroo asked your friend.

"No. I'll be using Y/N's car, I'll just follow y'all." She answered.

"Okay love birds we are going to ride with her instead." The guy with white hair teased Kuroo. "Have fun! Let's go Akaashi." He said dragging the blonde and the guy who you guess is named Akaashi.

He started the car and started driving. "Don't mind them; they're just bunch of chaotic assholes." He stated making you laugh.

He drove to a mall. He said that his friends like playing arcades when hell week's finished. So now here you are trying to catch up with Bokuto's energy as he invited you to play at a DDR. He kept on laughing because you're too slow to score. You had a lot of fun playing and spending time with them.

"Hey, Y/N." Kuroo called out.

"Yeah?" You answered and looked at him.

Your cheeks turned into a light shade of pink as he hands you a teddy bear. "I tried to play at the claw machine and I got lucky." He smiled.

"You almost asked the lady the price of the whole claw machine when the teddy bear kept falling off the claw..." You heard Akaashi mumble making you laugh.

One thing you know for sure is that these past few days he made the lessons clear but your feelings a mess.
