(LOL this is going no where romance wise its just pining pining and more pining. DW I think after this chapter we'll get somewhere

Virgil looked at Patton. They were filming a video with Thomas, but something was off.
Patton's tone, his mannerisms, what he was saying? It was all off, yet familiar.
Virgil stared at Patton carefully trying to figure out what it was. But then it came to him.

While Thomas and the others were talking Virgil pulled Logan close.
"Anxiety? What is it?" Logan whispered.
"Thats not Patton," Virgil said.
"What?"
"Thats not Patton. That Deciet in disguise!"
"How do you know?"
"I just do. Trust me! You need to do something!"
"Why me?!"
"Because they trust you. If you say its false, then its false. Now do something!"

Virgil let Logan go and let him take care of it.

"Patton, I'm a bit hungry." Logan said.
"Then go eat Kiddo!" Patton smiled.
Everyone stared at Patton.
"FALSEHOOD!!!" Logan pointed an amusing finger. "ITS "HI HUNGRY I'M DAD"! You're NOT Patton!"

"Wh-What?!" Thomas gasped. "Then who is he?!"
"Thomas there are other sides to you. The Darker sides of you. You sure you wanna meet them?" Roman asked.
Patton/Not Patton smirked. "Yeah, there's no going back...!"
"I...I wanna know!" Thomas said.

Patton/Not Patton transformed into a new side. He had snake scales and a yellow and black outfit.
Virgil glared at the Dark Side. He thought he had escaped them. And of course they had to come and wreck things.

"I am Janus, but you can call me Deceit!" Deceit spoke.
"Deceit?! Like lies?!" Thomas gasped. "But..But I'm not a liar!"
"Everyone Lies Thomas!" Deciet laughed maniacally.

Virgil was getting incredibly scared. He..he had to protect Thomas! Thats why he became a light side! What was he gonna do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he-

"G-GO AWAY!" Thomas yelled, hyperventilating.
Anxiety was doing his job, protecting Thomas. Even if a panic attack was what did it.
"OK! OK!" Deceit sunk out. "But I'll be back!

Thomas calmed down.
"I..I didn't mean to make you panic that much Thomas," Virgil apologized.
"It's ok," Thomas said.
"You kept him safe Anxiety," Logan smiled. "Thank you."
"Yeah!" Patton, the real one, smiled. "I'm proud of you Kiddo!"
"You did a lot today," Roman said. "Why don't you get some beauty sleep?"
Virgil nodded and sunk out.

Virgil sunk into the mindscape hallway. It was dimmer than usual. Why was-

"That was very rude of you to blow my cover," Deceit said from behind him.
Virgil fell still, frozen in fear.
"Dear god Paranoia! You and I both know you don;'t belong here." Deceit wrapped his arms around Virgil from the back.
Virgil was so scared, he shook but didn't object. He couldn't find the words.
"I-I'm not Paranoia-"
"Shh," Deceit hissed. He felt around Virgil. "Ah, I've missed this...Your form may be skinny, but its so sexy too~"
"L-leave me alone!" Virgil gasped when Deciet grip got threateningly tight.
"You can play 'Anxeity' all you want. But they're going to find out." Deceit backed away into the shadows. "And you will be our little Dark Side again wether you like it or not..." Deceit vanished
