Ice looked down on Kelley would this be their last day together? Would Kieran put up a fight, or let her go? Would Phoenix finish what was intended?

Kelley slowly came around. 'You okay Ice?'

'Fine, just thinking.'

'What about?'

'If it all goes wrong.'

'Will it?'

'I hope not.' He looked at her. 'Come on let's get some grub before we go.'

'Okay.'

They pulled themselves up dressing. He pulled her close. 'Whatever happens I love you okay.'

'Okay.'

'Do you love me too?'

'I.'

'Tell me keels.'

'I love you.'

He smiled pressing his lips on hers kissing her hungrily. He moved away. 'Come on food waits for no one.'

He took her hand leading her out of the room and down to the restaurant for their breakfast; would this be the last one that they ever shared together?

They handed the keys in getting in the car heading into the suburbs of Cross Keys.

Kieran and his friends had eaten and re-fuelled they headed towards the suburbia of Cross Keys. 'Do you think that we'll get there before them?'

'I hope so, or Phe will flip.'

Ice looked at the dividing roads trying to follow the directions that had been given to him. 'Fuck me he knows how not to make them disappear, it's like a fucking maze around here.'

'Will we find them?'

'Yeah. It's just up there.' He said pointing up towards the long winding country road.

'Oh.'

'Don't worry Keels we'll make it before dark', he said turning up the winding road.

The sun creeping through the tree tops, almost eleven thirty the small shack came in to view.

'What a fucking surprise.' He pulled up. 'Wait here.'

'Bu..'

'Wait here.'

'She's my friend Ice.'

'What the hell are you doing here?'

They looked up. 'It's party time.' Ice opened the door. 'Stay.' He said getting out of the car closing the door.

The passenger door closed too. 'I thought I told you to stay in the fucking car?!'

'I didn't come all the way out here not to see her.'

Phoenix looked at Ice. 'I thought I killed you?'

'Daint do a good enough job.'

'He glared angrily at Kelley. 'I thought I made myself quiet clear.'

She opened her mouth. Ashleigh spoke. 'Who is it Phe?'

'No one babe go back in.'

Ashleigh came into sight larger than either of them remembered her. 'Kelley.'

'Ash.'

'Get inside Ash.'

'Why?'

'Just do it!'
