Today is him and his girlfriend (Y/N) are celebrating their two year anniversary
Finn immediately got dressed, and forced Nick to take him to the flower shop
He got Y/N's favorite flowers
Nick looked at his brother
"Are you ok?"
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"
"Finn it's been a year-"
"Nick shut the fuck up and take me to Y/N"
Nick sighed and turned down the road, as they drove to Y/N
"Hi baby, it's been a while. I saw you like a week ago-
And I'm sorry not for visiting, well I got your favorite flowers and-"
Finn was cut off by a loud sob coming out of his mouth
"Happy anniversary baby"
He said softly
He put the flowers down and kissed her gravestone
"Until next time my love"
