Hope, Echo, Gabriel, and I walked down the hall, carrying Octavia with us. I want to kill every single person in this compound, but I know the others will stop me. I kept my fists clenched at my sides as we rounded a corner to see Diyoza, surrounded by three dead disciples.

The woman looked at us, throwing a knife into Hope's helmet, not realizing it was us. As she ran toward us, Hope took off her helmet. "Mom?"

Diyoza stopped in her tracks, a very confused look on her face. I took my helmet off as well as Octavia said the woman's name.

"Oh, my God, Hope." Diyoza and Hope embraced each other in a hug. I bit the inside of my lip harshly, drawing blood as I spoke.

"Stone room's this way." Diyoza looked at me, furrowing her eyebrows when she noticed my hard expression. I looked away, walking down the hall slightly. I don't want anyone's pity. The only thing I want is to kill every last person in this compound for what they did to Bellamy.

"There it is. That's the Stone room," Gabriel stated as we came upon a closed door. We had put our helmets back on as well.

"There's no one here," Echo stated, a bit confused.

Hope spoke, "It's too quiet. Something's not right."

"The stones are our only way out," Gabriel said.

I looked at Diyoza whose face fell. "They'd know we were coming here."

I nodded. "Good. We'll take right, you take left."

"We go on three. One... Two..."

"Wait." I looked at Octavia confused. Diyoza went to stop the girl as she walked toward a man; Levitt.

"It's Levitt. Let her go," Hope said to her mom. We waited for a minute or so as Levitt and Octavia spoke quietly. All of a sudden, Octavia punched Levitt in the face.

"Guys," Octavia spoke, looking over her shoulder at us. "We run."

The six of us ran down the hall, past Levitt's body.

We turned another corner, which is all we seem to do, stopping at a door as Octavia spoke. "Ah, this is it-- the oxygen farm."

Levitt had told Octavia that the oxygen farm has a back door that we could go through.

"Attention all guards. Prisoners last seen in level 12 by the ward," a woman spoke on the P.A. My eyes stared at the door as it opened, an old man holding flowers stopping in his tracks when he saw us standing in front of him.

We took our helmets off as the man went to turn away. Diyoza grabbed his shoulder, sending him a faux smile. "There's nothing to be scared of. Just tell us how to get outside."

The man gave Diyoza a confused look. "To the surface?"

"Yes."

"You can't, not without rebreathers."

"What happens without rebreathers?" Diyoza asked.

"Same thing that happened to the Bardoans-- extinction, only slower, I expect."

I looked at Hope before looking at Octavia who spoke again, quietly. "Levitt wouldn't have told us to do this if it wasn't survivable."

I took out my knife, and brought it up, stabbing the old man in the back of the neck. When I pulled it out, the man fell to the floor. I clenched my jaw as I put my knife away, noticing the look on Gabriel's face. I just shrugged. "She said his name. He might know Levitt."

"Aiden's right," Diyoza agreed. "We still might need Levitt on the inside."

I nodded. "On me."

"You just heard him," Gabriel spat angrily, stopping me as I tried walking toward the door. I gave him a look. "It's too dangerous."

I rolled my eyes, speaking to the people behind me. "He wants his answers. That's all he's ever wanted. Isn't it, Gabriel?"

The man scoffed. "No. That's not true. I want to live."

"Then I suggest you move," I growled.

"We don't have time for this," Diyoza muttered. The woman stepped forward, trying to get past Gabriel, but he stopped her as well.

"No, wait."

"They're coming. I trust Levitt, let's go," Octavia exclaimed.

"Gabriel, move!"

"Gabriel, open the door."

I furrowed my eyebrows as the man put his helmet in. "I can't let you risk it."

Just then, the man raised his arm, and a shock went through my body, causing everything to go black.

Eeek... This cold hard version of Aiden is badass, but I wonder what her friends think. Clearly, Gabriel doesn't like it. But this is the start of a new chapter of Aiden; the one Aiden we knew and loved is probably gone. Let's just hope she doesn't spiral out of control...

Anyway, sorry this one is so short. I'll see y'all in the next chapter.

Buh-bye.
