Elsa's POV
I grabbed my pillow and blankets and set it next to Anna. I actually planned to move to the dark corner where I usually ate.
I kneeled and began to say my prayers.
Dear Lord
Thank you that I am alive and well. I am also thankful thst Anna is also well. Please, say hello to mother and father for me. I also thank you that you protected me from the harm that John was about to do. Please help me control my powers and I will wake up well.
Amen
I did the sign of the cross and I snuggled next to Anna. Lydia got up as usual and blew out the candles.
"Anna?," I said.
"Yes, Elsa.," she replied.
"I love you.," I said my voice slightly cracking.
"I love you too.," she said before she hugged me close. I tensed at her touch.
Soon the whole chamber fell into a silence and I undid myself from Anna's hug. I picked up my pillow and blanknet and went to the corner. I remebered my Aunt named Tamara who died because she was accused as a witch.
Which she sort of was. She also had ice powers. After the accident, my mother brought her from Moscow.
Aunt Tamara was a kind and caring person. She was the onnly friend I had. She would make little games to help me control my powers. When we went to the big city, Aunt Tamara went back to her home because she was going to move in with us.
When we returned from the big city, mother got news from Moscow that Aunt Tamara was hanged because she was accused as a witch. I was devastated and my parents shut me out completely. In fear that I would be accused. When I went to my piano practice, no one suspected a thing about me.
I was just plain old Elsa. But I wasn't
I was a monster who tried to kill my little sister.
I sniffed back tears as I thought about my future. I finnaly layed down and fell asleep.
Jack's POV
Oh boy. What did my mom want now?
As I went to my parents wing, I thought about my night tommorow. Being alone with the girl would be wonderful.
I knocked on mothers door and the doors swung open. There sitting in the room was my beautiful mother.
"Mother you wished to see me.," I said. She smiled and motioned me to come over.
"My, handsome boy, how have you been doing?," she said as I kissed her hand.
I sat down on the couch across from her and she smoothed her skirts.
"I have been doing fine mother, how about you?," I said.
"Oh I couldn't be better.," she said.
Then she turned serious. "Jack, I called for you because I wanted to talk about Rebecca."
My smile faded.
"Have you thought about........," she trailed off.
Please don't say marraige. Please dont say marraige. Dear God forbid those words.
"Marraige?," she finished.
"Mother, I don't think I'm ready for marraige yet. A few more years, please.,"I said.
