Elsa's POV
"So this is the washroom.", Lydia said. Mary and Lydia were giving us a tour of the servant boundaries. (Yup, that was the proper way of saying it.) Right now they were showing us the washroom, that is where all the servants bathe.
"The hot water is over there, and the towels are over there.", Mary said while she pointed.
"We wash three times a week.", Mary said"And we can't spend more than a hour in here. Or else we will be punished."
"Even if its one person?", Anna asked.
"Even if its one person.", Lydia replied.
"Come on we have to go to the rest of the palace.", Lydia said.
We walked out to a garden. It had beautiful flowers all over. One pot held the most beautiful flowers off all. They were blue and sparkled.
"Wow! Those are beautiful.", I said as I got closer.
"Those are called Periwinkles.", Mary said.
"They are beautiful.", Anna said. "They remind me of your gift.", she whispered.
"Anyways, in the garden some servants have to trim and water the plants. That is my job for the week. Anna you will be joining me.", Lydia said.
"Yay!", Anna said while she clapped her hands like a child.
We all laughed at her sillyness. We walked to a big well lit open area in the garden. It had a tables and chairs- for two.
"This where the ladys and lords eat sometimes. if the weather is good.", Mary said. "We will be cleaning and serving the ladys and lords."
"There is another place where they eat, but its only for the majesties.", Lydia said. "Only Ladys and Lords can come in if they are invited. Right now we can come in to show you where everything is."
We walked in and the first thing I saw was the prince with a woman with golden blond hair and blue eyes. Eating.
"Your Majesty.", we all said.
"What are you doing here?", the woman said. "Can't you see we are having lunch?"
"Rebecca calm down.", the prince said to her.
"Your Majesty, we are here to show the new servants the routine.", Mary said.
I saw the prince staring at me. I tried to shoot him a angry glare, but I knew that I would be punished if that happened. I looked at the ground as I kept my head down.
"Very well. But don't take too long.", he said.
We all curtsied and went around the area. "This is where the supplies go. When you are done cleaning, put the cover over the tables. The wood is very expensive, so if you forget to put on the cover, may God help you cause know one knows what will happen to you until you cause that accident.", Lydia said.
"Yes, one time, a girl didn't cover the table and it rained that day. The wood was so damaged that when you sat on a chair it would fall completely apart. Lady Victoria is nice most of the time, but when it comes to discipline, hell breaks loose. The girl was whipped repeadetly for an hour by the one and only Lady Victoria. They kicked her out of the castle and we never heard of her ever again.", Mary said with wide eyes.
"Wow. I 'll make sure that I cover the tables.", Anna said.
"Let's go, we might get in trouble.", Mary said motioning her head towards the couple.
We walked out of the garden and we headed to the Lady's and Lord's dorms.
"Ah yes, that Lady that was with the Prince was Lady Rebecca.", Lydia said. "She is the Prince's favorite he always seems to visit her.", Lydia said.
"Really? He didn't look to happy with her, he looked more annoyed and desperate to get out of there.", I said.
"The truth is he always is forced to go visit her.", Mary said.
"Mary! Wher have you heard such things?", Lydia said shocked.
"Since I serve Lady Kristinna, she tells me all of her thoughts because I am like Lady Kristinna's favorite. Anyways, one day she told me that her brother, Lord Kristoff, said that the Prince hated to go visit Lady Rebecca. The queen and Lady Elizabeth, who is Lady Rebecca's mother, thought that it would be a good idea that they became friends, then eventually became more than friends and then get married", Mary told us.
"Enough with this nonsense, we have to finish the tour before Lady Victoria comes back.", Lydia said.
"Okay, this is the Lady and Lord dorm. Both of you will have a job in the dorm. And maybe one of you will serve in the Royal Dorms.", Lydia continued.
"That's where the Prince and his parents sleep.", Mary said.
"Well, we covered everything so lets go back.", Lydia said.
We went back and sat in the dorm room while we waited for Lady Victoria.
"Oh hello girls. You have come early.", Lady Victoria said. We stood up and curtsied.
"Elsa, Anna. Here are your assigned jobs and locations.", Lady Victoria said. She handed us papers
"Lydia Mary. Please go back to your assigned jobs.", Lady Victoria said.
The two girls curtsied and left the room.
"Girls, you will officially start tommorow. Today, start on the sixth assigned job.", Lady Victoria said.
I looked over my locations and services. I got to serve Lady Rebecca, in cleaning, serving and washing her. I served in the garden in the royal eating area only when the majesties want to.
I looked over at Anna's services and she got to serve Lady Kristinna and Lord Kristoff and she served in the garden with Mary.
My sixth assigned job was to clean the royal eating area.
"Lady Victoria, what if no one is eating during my sixth assignment?", I asked Lady Victoria.
"You get a free assignment and you can rest in the droms only.", she replied. "Now go along girls."
I waved Anna goodbye as she went to serve Lady Kristinna. I, however, went to the royal eating area.
As I walked I saw other servant girls talking.
"Don't you think that the prince will notice me ?", asked one girl.
"Who knows?", giggled another girl.
I rolled my eyes as I walked past them.
I walked in the royal eating area and saw Lady Rebecca sucking the prince's face.
