(Y/n) awoke groggy, groaning at the bright sunlight that shone on her face. She turned onto her stomach, shutting her eyes tight to drift back to sleep before catching a savory whiff of bacon. Her eyes popped open at the smell, her stomach grumbling in response. She sighed sliding out of her bed, her bare feet stinging on the cold stone floor.

She glanced at her large mirror as her eyes adjusted to the now-bright room. What the hell. She thought to herself as she looked at the girl staring back, she was an absolute mess. Her (h/c) hair stuck up in every which way looking as though it would never be straight again, her perfect makeup the night before was now streaked across her blotchy cheeks. She was still in her little white dress, but a large Endeavor hoodie that reached down to her knees, had been thrown on. Her heels and purse thrown into the corner of her room.

Her mind blanked as she looked at the crime scene. Did Monika take me home last night? She wondered as she threw off the dress and changed back into the sweatshirt and a pair of yoga pants, walking into her tiny bathroom to wash her face, the smell of bacon still present. that's weird she never cooks, I didn't think she knew how.

She tied up her hair, saving it for later before walking out into the kitchen. "Damn Monika that's smells amazing, what's the occasion-" (Y/n) stopped in her tracks as she met the eyes of one of the hottest men she's ever seen, standing in her kitchen. She felt her jaw drop as her eyes raked up and down the beautiful man, he wore plain black sweat pants with a maroon hoodie, her eyes instantly sticking to the large-red wings that stuck out, relaxed from his back.

"Your quite the player (Y/n), you didn't tell me you had another lover." His deep voice chuckled, cutting into her thoughts.

"I've hooked up with good looking men before, but your a new personal record." (Y/n) blurted.

The man froze, his face paling slightly at her words. What did I say something weird. She wondered staring back cluelessly. He sharply turned around facing away from her, his shoulders slightly trembling before he burst out laughing. The girl stood staring at him lost as he clutched his stomach cackling.

"You are a funny one." He chuckled wiping a tear from his eye as he finally calmed down, "you are nothing like I thought you would be." He said, giving a toothy smile at the girl. He turned back around grabbing a plate and filling it up with fluffy looking eggs and crispy bacon.

"No, I unfortunately didn't get lucky last night, but I did get the honor of taking you home." He grinned turning and placing the plate on her marble island-table. She sat down, smiling at the mouth water breakfast in front of her. "Ya well I sure got lucky with my new chef." She grinned before digging in.

"So, do you happen to remember anything about last night?" He asked leaning against the kitchen counter, his face suddenly serious.
(Y/n) with her mouth full of eggs looked dead into his eyes. Don't do it (y/n) she thought feeling her face heat up. Sweat pants. She sighed to herself happily. "Hello? Are you ok? You look a little warm." He said slightly chuckling.

"YA, ya I'm fine!" She half yelled at him, "and no, all I remember is going to the bathroom feeling fuzzy and that's it. I don't remember leaving or even getting home." She racked her brain, it felt as though there was a chunk of memories missing in her time line. "Hm interesting." He rubbed his chin, that she noticed had a small stubble. Jesus. She thought to herself.

"When I found you, you couldn't get up. You said that you were drugged and begged me not to steal you." He dead paned to the shocked girl. Drugged. She thought her mind reeling, I was drugged. "Your lucky I found you when I did, anyone else would have loved a pretty thing like you." Though his words were meant to be comforting, it made a knot form in her stomach.

"Hey hey, it's ok." He said walking over to her all amusement leaving his face. "You can't focus on the past now, let's just be grateful your here." He clutched her hand, looking into her eyes, giving an encouraging smile. As she looked into his honey colored eyes, she felt all of her worried melt away, he's right. She thought to herself, I'm here now.

They stared at each other for a minute smiling softly to one an other as her breathing slowed. Wait. She thought looking into his familiar eyes, the same eyes she got caught in when they first arrived in the ballroom. (Y/n) was a strong believer in fate, she smiled to herself softly as she tucked that thought away for later.

"I'm sorry," she said letting go of his hand to get another scoop of eggs. "I don't think I ever got your name." And once again he froze, a half smile on his face as he stared at her. "(Y/n) weren't you invited to the hero party last night?" He asked slowly as if he was trying to figure out something. "Yes..." she answered cocking an eyebrow, what is he talking about? And once again he started laughing, and then it hit her like a ton of bricks. Oh fuck.
