"So the other part of the deal with you and Orion was that you'd get two shots of Tropia if you agreed?"

"And I lost the second dose" Irene said with her head hanging low. "I'm sorry, we would've gotten here so much sooner if I still had it". She felt bad the whole walk back. It was a far walk but that didn't bother either of us. Irene still apologized and I kept forgiving.

3 hours after we left that cheap motel we were at the from doors of the guild. My stomach dropped to the shit Orion would give me for staying over a night at a job.

Irene pushed the doors open and I walked in with my eyes closed to avoid the first shock of my brothers death stare. "We're back" I announced then opened my eyes.

The whole guild was silenced when the both of us walked in. I couldn't find Goro, Akira, Seishin, or even Orion anywhere. Just Savin drying a cup in front of a girl wearing a wet robe.

"Welcome back Hira, Irene" he said with a wave and a smile. "You two were gone for the night. Hopefully you were using protection, Y'know what I'm sayin"

"You fucker!" I yelled. My arm twitched in embarrassment and the other nameless guild members bursted out laughing. I still snapped like a little kid an these were the guys that were a part of the dark Black Hydra. They've seen my grow up but I guess I'm still the same.

Irene hugged my arm and faced the fatass. "Yes, we protected each other" she said innocently. Those guys and Savin were howling. I felt like pounding the serpent in the top of her head for embarrassing the both of us.

The whole guild was erupting with laughter, normally Akira or Goro would shut everybody up if they were too loud, normally I would. I was alone and too embarrassed to say anything, Irene was too innocent too realize what she just said.

Just then the robed girl tears off her robe to reveal a short girl with a small body, ginger hair, and fiery red eyes. "Shut up you fucking idiots!" She yelled. There was a power in her voice that was too huge for her small body, an eruption louder than the laughter just a second ago.

The whole guild was silenced by the scream of an unknown girl. She sat back down in silence. Who's she?

"Yo" Goro and said with Akira at his side. "And Irene, you're beautiful today. No surprise there" he greeted the Serpent

For some reason that one everyday statement stung my chest and made my blood heat up. I clenched my left fist and Akira saw it then extended her hand out then slapped it. "Thanks Goro" Irene says without a second thought.

The lack of recognition made me feel better. Akira wrapped her arms around Irene then spun her around. "I missed you so much!" She said while I could start to see the Dragon Slayers eyes turn to swirls. "I was worried because I know how you're scared of thunder and rain and the dark. I'm happy your Hiraku-kun helped you" Akira teased.

Red faced and dizzy she can't even look me in the eyes. "Akira-chan told him?!" Irene sputtered. "Hey, at least he helped you". Irene hid in Akira's chest while the God Slayer laughed and comforted her.

It was Goro who nudged me with his elbow. "She's afraid of the dark? That's adorable!" He whispered in my ear. I pushed him back roughly but held his shoulders so that his back was turned to the sitting short girl. "Gay action?" I heard Akira ask behind me.

I had to search the guy for red spots on his neck and scratch marks on his stomach. Goro greeted us shirtless, and I'm pretty sure it was for more than impressing Irene and Akira. I'm more than sure he's connected to the ginger.

"When are you guys going to start sticking-" I shooed Akira away like a fly then nodded in the direction of the robe girl. He followed my signal and turned back for a second then turned back to me. Akira wanted to see what we were doing and looked her direction too.
