In the morning, School time/on the bus
Ivy (Lucas mom)-"hey honey come on down, the bus will be here in 5 minutes!
Lucas-" okay coming! (Came down stairs) Hey mom."
Ivy-"hey honey, how are you?"
Lucas-"good, a little tired though."
Ivy-" I told that you had school today, but did you listen, No you wanted to play your new video game, I told that's going to hurt you if you keep playing instead of studying. An-"
Lucas-"mom, mom calm down, it's alright, (he gave her a hug) we'll talk about this later, but I have to go if I'm going to catch the bus. (He took an apple and left. He walk out the door and ran to the school bus) Good Morning."
Bus driver-"Morning"
Lucas -(see all his friends and hopes to set with them but noticed the sets were filled expect for one) Hey, uh, do you mind if I set here.(he said to a girl, who looked shy, and unfamiliar )
Uma-"no, not at all, she said looking down at the ground"
Lucas - " well, thanks. (the girl nods her head then grabs a book from her book bag) isn't it beautiful today!
Uma-"uhh, oh yeah, quite nice" (she said uncomfortably)
Lucas-"So what are you reading? (He bends over to read the cover) "Opposite do Attract" oh, I heard it's a freaky good book! (Uma starts to look at him with a weird glance)
Uma - " it is, this is my 3rd time reading it, it's my favorite"
Lucas-"oh! How silly of me, I'm Lucas! And you are? "
Uma-"oh uhh, my name is Uma" ( she said hesitantly)
Lucas-"Well Uma, welcome to Dragon park high school! (the bus stopped and Uma and Lucas got off, Uma was ahead of him and he ran up to catch up to her) Hey hold up!" (Lucas waves to Uma. Uma looks back only to see a bunch of cheerleaders and football players surrounding him)
David-"hey what's up man"? (locking arms then letting go)
Lucas -"sup"(he said to David) Uma!!!"(he yelled, then trying to make his way though the crowd)
Sabrina-"Hey Lucas how was summer"?
Lucas - " good, thanks for asking ( he said to Sabrina) Uma!! Hey Uma!!!"(he says looking back, but kept moving forwards)
Vanessa and Veronica- hey, hi!
Lucas-" yeah, hey. (then making his way, he ran far to catch up to Uma) Uma!!!!" (She looked back)
Uma-"oh, hi." (She said looking down)
Lucas - " I tried calling you like 6 times over there! "
Uma - " oh, you were talking to me!"
Lucas - " yeah, who else?"
Uma-"I don't know, maybe there was a other person named Uma in your group overthere who is now staring.(she turned away from them)
Lucas - " come on, how many Uma's do you think there are, it's most unlikely to meet an Uma. (she chuckled) you can laugh! My life is accomplished"
Uma - " what, I can to laugh, I'm just new here, and I have no idea why your talking to me. "
Lucas - " why wouldn't I talk to you? "
Uma - " maybe because your a football player, who is trying to make that girl jealous right over there (pointing to Raven) and I'm a knew girl who you can take advantage of"
Lucas- " wow, you got it all wrong, and I'm shocked in your guesses, very good use of observation, but I'm not trying to make her jealous, I just really like you and I hope we can be friends. "
Uma - " oh well then if that's the case, then sure I'll be your friend "!
