"Sam stay there" you say you go outside towards the noise and see something you did not expect at all...
"Jesse, you sure about this?" You ask
"Yeah, we need to store the RV somewhere..." jesse says as he drives the RV into Clovis' place. Clovis gets up and looks at Jesse
"You got some nerve coming back here. Or your even dumber than I thought" Clovis says
"Yeah well, maybe both" Jesse says as Clovis gets off the truck he's fixing. Jesse pulls out money
"Balance for the tow, the repairs, and extra for damages and stuff, the gate, the toilet. Look like I said, my word is my bond" Jesse says as Clovis picks up the money
"What would you charge us to store it here?" You ask
"A million five" Clovis says
"Come on, man" you plead
"Your girlfriend" he says
"We're serious. We need to put it in storage, we can negotiate it" you say
"Five hundred" Clovis offers
"A month?" Jesse asks
"A week." Clovis confirms
"For real?" Jesse asks
"See you" Clovis says as he starts to leave
"Hold on hold on... fine. We can do that" you say
"Outside" Clovis says
"No, inside" you say
"Come on, your fence is too easy to climb. Inside, padlocked, plus gate privileges" Jesse says
"Come again?" Clovis asks
"So we can come in and out at our own will" you say
"Month to month. Cash up front. Inside" Clovis says "and I don't know you. I dont know jack"
"Yeah, we can do that" you say as Jesse takes out money and gives it to him. He points at a car
"You selling?" He asks
"I'll let you take it for 9 Gs" Clovis says
He sighs and finds a different car "how about that one?"
"serious?" Clovis asks

"Hey, for rent" You say as you notice a house that's open.
"Yea I know, I called" Jesse says "you gonna come? You can stay if you want"
"I don't have anything better to do" you say
He knocks on the door and a black haired lady answers "you the one buying the place?"
"That's me" Jesse says "can I uh, take a look?"
"Sure, how about him? Both of you buying?" She asks
"No, no. I'm a friend, just coming along" you say
Jesse and you walk in, you take a look around "kitchen is like uh, your old place. You know, in-built table thing" you say
"Yea, yea it is" he says as you go to the bedroom to see what's there. you look at the back door. You see the backyard is both for this house and the next door one. You step back into the kitchen/living room and so does Jesse
