~Breakfast~

It was a Saturday which meant you and your friends could go to Hogsmeade again. You quickly ate your eggs trying to avoid Malfoy and his friends when many owls appear from the ceiling. Your snowy owl drops a letter into your hands.

Dear y/n,

as you know there is a week left for you to come back home for Christmas break. this year the Malfoys have invited us to their annual Christmas party. Now I know you probably wondering why they would invite us since your muggle-born. Well turns out your aunt was best friends with Narcissa Malfoy so they thought it would be nice to meet us. I sent you your dress for the party. Can't wait to see you!

you let out a loud groan when you felt your owl drop a medium-sized package in front of you.

"What's inside y/n?", Millicent asked admiring the silver packaged box.

"Not sure but I don't want to open it here. We can open it later in our dorm. Blaise do you want to come?"

"Yeah sure", Blaise said while eating a handful of berries.

You, Blaise and Millicent, finished your breakfast and headed to the same place from yesterday to go back to Hogsmeade.

"Oh see you later Y/n me and Millicent forgot we were meeting a small group of friends", Blaise said waving goodbye to you

"Okay bye!"

You looked around and found hermionie and ron, But wheres harry?.

"Hey, guys, where's Harry?"

"Cant come again", ron said sadly

"Why doesn't he just forge the signature, I mean since when has his uncle signed anything"

"That's true, can't believe I didn't think of that earlier", hermionie said as you three walked to Hogsmeade in the freezing weather.

"Oh right hermionie, didn't you want to visit the shrieking shack?", you asked a few feet from Hogsmeade

"Oh right! let's go now"

~Near the shrieking shack~

You decided to build snowmen while ron and hermionie kept staring at the shack together. You've always felt like they would someday realize they're perfect for each other, so you gave them space. Of course, you still heard what they were talking about.

"It's meant to be the most haunted building in Britain. Did I mention that?", hermionie asked ron who seemed weirdly nervous.

"Twice", ron answered chuckling a bit so it won't be as awkward.

"Do you want to move a bit closer?", hermionie asked

"What?", ron asked probably thinking she was talking about them

"To the shrieking shack?", hermionie replied

"oh uh actually I'm fine here"

You were chuckling harder this time when you heard a voice from behind you.

"Well well look who's here. You two shopping for your dream home? Bit grand for you isn't it Weasle bee?. Don't your family sleep in one room?", Malfoy asked coldly grinning with Crabbe and Goyle

"Shut your mouth Malfoy", ron said lowly

"Not very friendly. Boys, I think its time to teach weaslbee to respect his superiors"

You wheezed at his comment, "Hope you don't mean yourself", you said still laughing very hard.

"How dare you talk to me! You filthy little mudblood"
