Kaitlyn's POV
I looked at myself in the mirror. I've been in my room for a week scrolling through Tik tok. my family dosent care about me, all they care about is their "Harvard Son". I started taking off my clothes when my door bursted open. I didn't flinch at all, I already knew who it was. "KATIEEEE" Louis hugged me tightly kissing both of my cheeks. I didn't show it but I smiled, how could a outgoing energetic boy like him be my best friend, I mean like man bruh I am so lucky.
"you about to shower?" He asked me pulling away and looking me up and down. I still had my sweat shirt and undies on. "nah I was just jerking off to myself" I put my hand on his shoulder and looked up dramatically "go away". He looked at me and started taking off his shirt "if your feeling lonely I can join, I mean we practically seen each other naked since child birth" he started combing through my hair with his hands. I sighed then hugged him, when I got a strong grip of his waist I started pushing him out of the door till we both landed on the bed. I grabbed a pillow and started suffocating him. I started laughing when he started tickling my thighs. I let go of the pillow and ran back to the bathroom carefully putting my ear by the door to hear the satisfactory of Louis heavy breathing.
I mean like yea I like when it's hard for him to breathe. NOT IN THAT KIND OF WAY THOUGH. I mean yeah I guess it is kind of attractive. BUT I am not attracted to Louis, he stinks like stinky green butt slime. I got out of the shower putting my robe on and tightening it tightly incase Louis pushed me out of a window. I walked out of the bathroom carefully looking around when I got pulled back into the bathroom. Louis pinned me against the wall still half naked staring at me not blinking at all, he untied my robe within a second, he gentle touched my lip then my chin making me turn red as an apple, he opened my robe revealing his shirt. "I thought you said I smelt bad" he started sniffing himself. I gulped feeling relieved but disappointed, I started sniffing him "new laundry detergent?" "duhh" he walked out of the bathroom and sat on my bed.
I walked out and went to my closet "Alexa play cabin fever by Jaden smith" I started trying clothes on while Louis talked with me "Kaitlyn" "mhm" "we should run away" I turned to him, nodding to the shirt I showed him "I'm down" I said putting on my outfit "when?" "right now."
Louis's POV
she walked out her closet with a suitcase in hand. "help me pack?" I stood up and went straight the window sill. when we were kids we had a secret compartment hidden on top of the sill.
FLASHBACK (5)
i looked up at Kaitlyn, she was stepping on me tippy toeing to reach our spot. "Why do I always have to be bottom" "cause loue [loo;ee] I'm much taller and mature then you" she stepped off of me before hopping down to the floor. I carefully got up stretching. me and her both sat down on the windowsill opening our little box labeled "loue and katie'z treasure box"
END OF FLASHBACK
i opened the decoy ceiling reaching for the box not feeling our multi taped box. "Katie did you move our gold?" I asked rechecking for the box. she sighed and walked over to me. she got up to me and made total eye contact with me our face 5 centimeters apart, she brought her arm up tippy toeing to reach the ceiling, she pulled out the taped box blowing the dust off. she hopped down and sat on the sill looking at the box. I joined her eyeing the box. She opened it to reveal all of our pictures we took starting from 1 week to 16 years old. We were about to look through more until we heard a knock on kaitlyn's door. "YES!" she yelled while covering my mouth, she always had a fast reaction.
FLASHBACK (11)
it was her 11th birthday, I was the only one who attended her party, I mean they were always fun and exciting. I hid behind a tree scared of my life. I stared at the blue bullet on the floor and quickly grabbed it, as I did a blue bullet shot my hand. I reloaded my nerf gun knowing I had one bullet left. I took a deep breath before running to the jumpy house. She got me. my legs...they were shot. she came out of her hiding place squatting down to see me dramatically pretend to die BUT she didn't hit my head, I was still alive! I opened one of my eyes and shot my last bullet straight to her head as she was walking away. she turned around and dodged it before it even hit her. at that moment I realized I was dead.

"Louis's step dad is looking for him, why is his car in our backyard!" her little brother asked with no energy. she looked at me then flicked me "I don't know" "k" I bite her hand off of my mouth. "we can do this in the car" we put everything back into our box and put it in kaitlyn's backpack before jumping down and getting into the van. when kaitlyn got into the passenger car she saw her family eating lunch without her, they all made eye contact with her. she stuck up her middle finger then proceeded to burn her phone all while in the car. psychopath if you ask me. when I drove off I felt how do you say it...living?
