Jimin
I wake up as the big spoon, chuckling at how loud the younger snores. Smiling, I hug him closer and nuzzle my face into his back. Jungkook and I have separate bedrooms, yet I seem to wake up at four in the morning to Jungkook joining me in bed. It's really cute that he feels the need to be so close to me. He's such a dork. I don't know why he doesn't just ask from the get-go rather than sneaking into my bedroom like a bunny ninja.
"Koo-Koo," I sing, throwing a leg over him. "Rise and shine. Don't leave me awake by myself. I miss your smile."
He giggles. "Stop being cute."
"No, you." I hug him tighter and leave kisses on his back. "Today is the day that we film your punishment for losing Mario Kart." My fingers trail up and down his sculpted arm, wishing he was wearing a tank so that I could feel his skin rather than his oversized long-sleeved shirt.
"I'm gonna make you breakfast first. Then we can talk about my punishment." He turns around to smile at me. "I'm gonna fill you up real good, baby!"
"Tch. Cute." I play with his hair. "You're too much to handle."
He smiles. "I have to be to keep up with you."
Smirking, I lean in just shy of kissing and ask in a cute voice, "What's that supposed to mean, Koo-Koo?"
Jungkook's eyes light up and he hugs me tightly. "I like when you're cute. It makes me want to protect you and hold you close."
I close my eyes. "You're cute too."
"Not anymore."
"That is just false." I pull back slightly and mess with his hair. "Your hair is all messy and cute if I don't fix it. You have a cute face and the cutest smile." I poke his nose and he scrunches it up, making me coo. "Cuuuute."
He just rolls his eyes and picks me up, taking me to the bathroom. "We should wash up."
A smirk plays on my features. "What a good idea. I was getting tired of having to refrain from kissing my honey bunny~"
Jungkook scoffs and brushes his hair with one hand and his teeth with the other. I don't know why, but it feels surreal seeing him like this. It's dreamlike in essence. He's just... doing what everyone else does, but being here to see his morning routine feels special, intimate, domestic. It makes me happy.
"Jimin?" Jungkook says around the toothbrush before raising an eyebrow in question. "Why ar' y' tou'ing me?"
I blink and realize that my hand is gripping his shirt. Blushing, I quickly drop the fabric and break eye contact, holding myself while brushing my teeth. When I move onto washing my face, arms wrap around my waist from behind.
"You didn't have to let go. You were just really spaced out. I was worried." He kisses the top of my head and massages my hips, causing my eyes to fall closed. "I'm going to start on breakfast. Don't take too long, okay?"
His words make me warm and I nod sweetly. "Okay, Kookie."
The bathroom door closes after he leaves and I decide to exfoliate and moisturize before I look at my makeup and contact case before shrugging it off and opting for my thick framed black glasses. I do put on some lip balm, however. It's better safe than sorry.
"Lip balm is like lube for kissing."
Jungkook nearly drops his spatula at my words. "What the heck, Jimin? Why? Why are you like this?"
I laugh, sitting and spinning in the rotating barstool at the island. "Because I'm Park Jimin and you put up with it because you looooooove me."
He sets a plate of pancakes down and puts his hand on the top of my head, halting my movement. "Jimin, you fall off chairs too much to spin around like that. I'll zip tie them if I have to. I do love you though."
