“Come on,” I urged, knowing that every second we waste, could be the end of my potential parents lives.

Sensei had granted the girls and me weapons, just like the turtles. Haidley was given Nunchucks, Rosie was given a Bo Staff, Sophie was given the Katana and I was given the Sais, but it feels strange holding the Sais in my hands.

“Now which way?” Haidley asked and I looked up, see a fork in the tunnel.

“We go straight,” I answered and Haidley placed a hand on her hip.

“Um, we either go left or right,” she said and I smirked at her.

“We go straight,” I said and shuffled forward, feeling the edge of the path under the water, under my enclosed feet. “See.”

Haidley still looked unsure but stood next to me.

“Just follow me and stay close,” I said and dived in, my bag pack feeling light on my shoulders.

Haidley grasped, tightly to my hand and I swam, pulling her along behind me. Leo was swimming beside me and Don was above, keeping a close eye on Haidley. I let her hand go and wrapped my fingers around a cover, struggling to pull it open. My lungs started burning, so I let go and swam towards the surface, taking huge breaths with Haidley doing the same.

“Stay here,” I said and she nodded.

I took another breath and swam back down, rubbing my hands together and grabbing the cover again, Leo and Donnie helping me pry it open. Just as my lungs felt like there were burning again, we got it open but I didn’t have the strength to swim. Leo and Don pulled me up to the surface, allowing me to take deep breaths, trying to stop the burning feeling and to slow my racing heart slightly.

“Grace?”

Haidley placed a hand on my shoulder and I smiled at her.

“I’m okay, let’s go.”

“Donnie and I will swim, Grace you just tell me where to go,” Leo said, grabbing my hand and I nodded.

We all took deep breaths and dived back under. Leo moved faster than I could so all I did was point in the direction he need to go. We made it to the other side of the tunnel, near the wall where my old room was situated. I hoisted myself up and sat on the edge, in the shadows and heaved Haidley up, both of us scrunching the water out of our hair, me having more luck than the long pink haired girl. Leo and Don stood up, pulling us to our feet.

“Who’s there?”

I peeked around and gasped.

“Andy?”

“Grace, what are you doing here?”

Leo grabbed my hand, ready to pull me back if needed.

“I need to get back inside. I was told my father is looking for me,” I responded and Andy nodded, looking up at me.

“I’m sorry to do this.”

I frowned and he stepped back, hitting an alarm. I growled and pulled out my Sais, stepping out into the light. Leo, Donnie and Haidley followed my lead.

“You traitor,” I yelled, “I trusted you.”

“Ah, so Grace has finally returned home.”

“No.”

Hun stepped out, dragging Raph and Mikey by their bandannas behind him and grinned widely at me. I dropped the Sais and stepped back. He laughed and threw Raph and Mikey.

“Raph!”

“Mikey!”

Leo and Don lunged for their fallen brothers, both catching them before they landed awkwardly on the ground. Sophie and Rosie were shoved to the ground, hands bound behind them and mouths gagged. Sophie looked up, terror filling her bright blue eyes and Rosie’s brown ones glared at Hun. A sinister laugh filled my eyes and I froze.
