I got out of bed and made my way to the bathroom and banged on the door.
"Harry, get your ass out here right now!"
He got out and he was only in his boxers which usually I would probably end up admiring but I seriously was not in the mood.
"Y/N, what the bloody–"
I just straight up showed him my phone.
"What the actual fuck is this?"
He looked at the phone and his eyes widened, then he looked back at me.
"Look, baby, I can explain, just–"
"Please, shut up, I don't wanna hear it."
"Y/N, you don't get it. Love, that's an old photo, I swear!"
"Mhm, sure," I said out of sarcasm.
"Please, just stay with me. I– Please, j–just give me another chance," he said.
"Fine. Only because I love you."
What you just read was the past, what you are about to read is the present. Let me tell you a little bit of a spoiler: things didn't get much better.
Things managed to only get worse.
"W-where are you going?" he asked as I put my bags in my car.
"Away, home," I told him as I slammed the trunk of the car shut then went to the driver's seat. I opened the door and before I could get in, Harry stopped me.
"Please, just give me a second chance, I'll be better, I swear!"
"Harry, I already gave you that chance."
"This whole thing, it's toxic, it's full of lies," I told him.
"Lies? What on Earth do you mean?"
"Every single time you're with someone else, you act like a whole different person and I don't even know who you are anymore. Just...goodbye, Harry," I said as I got into the driver's seat and closed the door.
I started the car and locked it, ignoring the fact that Harry was still busy yelling. I drove off, not looking back, not even thinking of looking back.
A year and 5 months later
Harry's POV
I was sitting in our living room, flicking through channels on the television with Tom, Sam, and Paddy. We came across a news channel and I saw a very familiar face, one I could never forget.
"Isn't that Y/N?" Sam asked.
"Yeah,"
"So, Miss Y/N L/N, you've recently done a cover of Moral of the Story by Ashe and according to social media, your fans are wondering whether or not it was connected to your previous relationship which had ended around a year and nearly a half ago," the interviewer spoke to her.
"Don't wanna be rude to my fans, but, why do they need to know that, and how would they know?" she responded.
"Well seeing as the way you sing it, you put a lot of your emotions into it and it seems like you relate to the lyrics a lot,"
"Do you have proof?"
"Let's have a look at Instagram and Twitter."
