A month had passed since Aria gathered everything to prepare for Hogwarts. She didn't actually think she was going to stay this long. In fact she didn't sleep for the first two days, thinking that she'd wake up back in Iris's bed. Despite her efforts to stay awake, her eyes got so heavy the third day that when she did sleep, she was out for the next 16 hours. She half expected to see Iris when she woke, but it was a middle-aged, worried male, her father she presumed at the time, touching her forehead and the house elf, Beans. Somehow, Aria managed to stay in the wizarding world, in this timeline, and she started to believe that this was no longer a dream and that she was meant to be here.

To be revolutionary, like Mr. Ollivander said.

During the month before having to leave for Hogwarts, she raked up as much information as she could remember from the books and wrote it in an enchanted diary from all the dorm passcodes to who will be dying when and where. She secretly practiced diligently on her magic and jotted down key information she needed to remember while she was here. She concluded that if she was staying, she was saving as many people as she could.

"Beans!" Aria called to which he appeared right before her.

"Aria," he smiled.

As one of her first requests to Beans, she asked for him to call her by name. No master, no Miss, but just Aria. It took quite a bit of time for him to get used to it, but he did. Beans was a shy house elf but very loyal. She wanted him to feel appreciated because she knew that if Aria provided Beans any clothing to free him, her parents would probably be mad at her.

If there was one thing she learned this past month was that their kindness had a limit. They were quite strict and stern, especially her father. He was quite adamant about Aria becoming a Slytherin. No ifs, no buts, and no because. But other than that, he was a low profiled loving father. He got Aria a few extra books when he noticed her studying, even taught her a few charms and spells, especially those centering the Dark Arts: tickling charm, disarming charm, freezing spell, hex-deflection, shielding charm, and much much more. Most of which she wouldn't even learn in her First Year at Hogwarts.

"Beans, I'll be off now and I won't be able to visit until the Holidays," she frowned, "Take care of mum and dad while I'm gone, yeah?"

"I'm going to miss you, Aria," Beans pouted with his shoulders slightly slouched over.

Aria pulled Beans into a hug. She was going to miss him too and she wasn't sure how her parents were going to treat him while she wasn't around, but seeing how Beans doesn't try to find every loophole in all their commands, she was pretty sure he was in good hands.

Forcing a smile, Aria patted Beans's head, "Be good now."

"Aria, time to leave! The train will leave without you! Come on, now," she could hear her father yelling from the front door.

"I'm already on my way!" Aria lied, knowing if she wasn't that she'd hear a long lecture from her father on the way to the Hogwarts Express.

Platform 9¾. Hogwarts Express. The steam from the train's steam engine fogged up the platform. Families were saying their goodbyes to their little ones. Upperclassmen hopped onto the train happily for the new year to start.

"Now, here's some money to spend while you're there. Should be enough until the next semester. If not, send Jojo home with a letter. I'll be sure to send you some more," her mother said while handing her the small pouch of money.

"Make sure there's a green robe on that little body of yours and studying should be your top priority," her dad emphasized, "And no boys. I don't want you dating until you're done with school."
