Aria grabbed a hold of Iris's wrist and pulled her to the girl's bathroom.

"Aria, slow down!" Iris shouted midway.

"Bathroom. First," Aria said in a hush tone.

When they arrived at the bathroom, Aria pulled out her wand and said, "Colloportus." She charmed the door to stay locked, at least until someone uses Alohomora.

"Okay, now we can talk," the new Slytherin sighed and instantly dove into a hug, "I can't believe you're here too! Last time, I saw you was the night of our sleepover. There's so much I want to talk about."

"Me, too. I saw you earlier and honestly had my doubts until your name got called," Iris sighed.

"I knew it was you immediately."

"Of course you did."

They both laughed.

"Oh! I'm a Pureblood and I'm not too sure about my family history but they're from money. I can tell you that much," Aria eagerly shared with her best friend, "What kind of family did you get yourself into? Or did you somehow have your original parents?"

"Are you kidding me? Ugh, I wish I had my parents," Iris let out the longest sigh Aria has ever heard from her, "I'm Muggleborn, but that's not even the problem. I'm in the most stereotypical Asian household who loves their muggle son over their witch daughter."

"Ouch, sounds like you got my parents," she sympathized, "You know, my human parents... Should we even say human?"

"I don't know, but what I do know is we need to find a way to get back home."

Aria glared at Iris like she was crazy. They were standing in a world beyond their entire imagination and Iris wanted to go home? They grew up fantasizing being here, getting their letters from Hogwart. Hell, they even got wands from Mr. Ollivander's in Universal Studio and pretended that the spells that came out of our mouths were real.

But Iris had a life back home. Iris just got into medical school. Iris was not going to let those years of struggle and hard work all go to waste. Her family too! How was her mom going to take care of her brothers without her? Iris had to go back! She had so much responsibility to fulfill.

"You're kidding me," Aria crossed her arms, "We have to save everyone!"

"No, Aria. We're not supposed to be here."

"Screw that."

"Aria—"

"No," she said firmly, "We're in Hog-motherfucking-warts, Iris. We literally were talking about who we wanted to save the night before we appeared in this world. If you think I'm going to let everything go into a hellhole on my watch, you are highly mistaken."

"Is this about Cedric?" Iris narrowed her eyes, "He has to die."

"No, he doesn't!" Aria pouted, "I can stop him from putting his name in. I can tell him not to grab the cup!"

"Aria, get real. We have to stay out of the main plot. If we get involved, more people can die."

"Or more people would be alive."

"If Cedric is saved, Voldemort wins the war. Did you forget about the Cursed Child?"

"I refuse to believe Cedric has to die. I also refuse to believe that Death Eater Cedric was canon. J.K. Rowling was on something when she wrote that. Even if he did have to die, you're willing to watch Sirius, Dobby, Severus, Dumbledore, and much much more die? We can destroy the Horcruxes before it's too late. We can prevent Voldemort's resurrection. W-we can prevent Draco from being Draco! Just hear me out!"
