It was late, when Aurora was left alone with Jungkook in his room. The atmosphere was getting heavy. She turned around to wish him a good night, when his two big hand hold her face still and their lips touched for the first time.
During the next weeks, Aurora tried to comfort her friend as good as she could. However it had been the exchanges that Carina had with Jimin, that brought her out of the black hole. Aurora was glad to see her friend smiling again even if she knew that Hoseok was still holding a large part in her heart.
Aurora,for her part, was trying to find time to see Jungkook. But either she nor he had free time together. Every week, they would check their schedules to find even a 2 day break to see each other but they never could. Despite that they struggled to see each other in person, they got closer to each other during they endless phone calls.
"I miss you so much. I really want to share another kiss with you." Jungkook told her weeks after their last encounter. "Me too. But we will see other other soon. I'm sure about it." Aurora tried to lighten the sad mood.
Last night he had sent her their schedules for February and after checking all her agenda, she had found the perfect opportunity to see him and the other members. The group would be staying in the USA in the mid of February and she had the week off right then. Also she figured it would be the perfect birthday gift for her BFF. Carina had revealed to her several times that she missed the members even if she was still hurting due to her situation with J-Hope.

On February 9th, Carina had invited her close friends for diner to celebrate her birthday. Before going out, she had already bragged to Aurora that she had received flowers from BTS. And the happiness she took from it, let her glow all through the evening. Almost at the end of their diner, Aurora gave her BFF her special present.
"Open it up. I'm sure you will love it." Aurora looked at her with excitement while she gave her the envelope. "New York???" Taking two flight tickets out, Carina was left dumbfounded. "Yes, one for you and one for me. We will leave on the sixteenth to meet the boys over there." "We are going to see the boys??? Don't joke around?" Her friend was on the verge of tears and Carina scooted closer to her to held her tight.
Aurora explained her plan to surprise the men, as they didn't know the women were coming to see them. She had gotten the details of their stay from Jungkook, so she also knew their Hotel name. The only thing left to do was to book a room at the same place.
Even if the gift had been for Carina, Aurora could not deny the fact that it was also a present for her. She could already see Jungkook's bright smile when he would see her for real.
