When I opened the door, I was startled for a second. The boy standing there had dirty blonde hair, as well as dusty blue cerulean eyes that were looking straight at me. His mother had brown hair and pushed past me into the house. The boy smiled apologetically for his mother. I smiled back. "What's your name?" I asked. He looked awkward for a second.

"Uh, I'm Axel—Axel Woodard. What's your name?"

"Stella—sorry, Stella Jade Hass."

"Is Jade your middle name?"

"I guess?"

"Um, I don't mean to be rude, but could you let me inside please, it is very cold out here."

"Oh... I'm sorry."

I held the door open. He smiled again. Axel brushed against me, and I got a vision. I held on to the door. I was sucking in air.

I stood on the edge of a dual primordial plain. The darkness to my left felt soothing. The light on the other side felt the same. I was standing on the line of separation. A black and white cobra circled around me. Then it chanted. "Tenebrisvitae, Luxvitae, Tenebris lux, Lux tenebris, Tenebris, Lux, et perpetuam. Potens Maleficis." A Wolf crept out of the fog on the line. As it opened its mouth I heard, "Stella Jade, Stella, STELLA?!"

I let go of the door and turned around to see who was calling my name. "Can you put the brownies away?" Tarisa was asking. "S-sure," I said, still a little shocked. She put her hand on my shoulder and looked deep into my eyes. "Stella, are you okay?" she asked. I nodded. She didn't seem sure. Tarisa pulled me to the side. "Don't say anything, Stella, but I am 90% sure that boy is a witchangel. We are just going to lure him out so his powers appear."

"How?"

"There is this certain food, that when you eat it, your witchangel wings come out. Major is going to tell the mom to go home. Axel will be there in a couple of hours for dinner."

"What am I going to do?"

"When you see his wings start to develop, knock him out."

"Seriously?"

"Yes."

Tarisa walked back to the table. "Cherry?" She said, offering Axel one. "Sure," he said. He popped one in his mouth and chewed. His face suddenly lost all color. I looked around, hoping that Major had sent the mom home. He had. Axel was convulsing while standing, foam spewing out of his mouth. I could hear his shirt ripping as his wings started to appear. His wings were black and very shiny. Tarisa gestured for me to knock him out. I sighed and walked forward, spinning my arm around. I took my fist and smashed it into his left eye. He was still conscious. I punched him for a while, and finally, he was knocked out. I kicked him just to make sure. He was limp. Tarisa picked up his unmoving body and walked to the guest room. I followed. "Stay with him, Stella Jade. We don't want him to wake up and have no one there."

"I just knocked him out. I don't think I'm the first person he wants to see."

She sighed. Tarisa was losing her patience. "Fine," I said.
