not sure if you guys wanted albus to die this way,,but i didn't want snape getting the recognition. and i wanted to switch it up a bit.
in this chapter it's going to focus all on y/n and have some flashbacks etc. the next chapter will be focused on draco.
missy carrows makes yet another appearance in this chapter to help and guide y/n with her seer and gaudium powers. in the last chapter, draco thought y/n would be standing outside the office, eavesdropping. but little did he know, she was up to something different.
i hope you guys enjoy and i'm sorry for killing albus :(( but trust me! if you're here for draco, i promise you to wait until the end. everything gets better in the end.

y/n's pov
i stepped outside of dumbledores office and waited against the door. what are they even talking about? how did he know draco was a death eater?
"pst! y/n!" a voice called, bringing me away ron my cloudy thoughts. i whipped my head around only to see my 2 year friend, missy carrow. she was accompanied by two young boys. "hi, missy!" i said, jogging over to her.
"i haven't seen you in forever!" she yelled, bringing me into a hug. i gave her a smile and looked over to her friends. bay? ollie?
"well i'll be damned!" the hufflepuff boy smirked . i grinned, "ah, if it isn't ollie woodwork and bay orchids. i haven't seen you gits since last year!" i laughed.
"missed us, did you?" bay flaunted, winking at me.
"as if." i flaunted back, copying his wink. "so what's up?" i asked, turning back to missy.
"actually, we were looking for you!" she smiled.
i couldn't help but smile back, "well, now i'm here and you've got my full attention."
"we have to tell you someth-," missy randomly stopped, craning her neck, looking for anyone listening. "nevermind. let's head back to the common room." she replied in a low voice.
this was odd, but i nodded and followed them to the slytherin common room.

once we reached the door i whispered, "pureblood" and the door swung open.
i stepped inside, glancing for anyone in the room. "alright, what's up?" i asked. i threw my bag across the room, jumping onto the couch.
ollie skipped over and sat beside me, watching me the whole time. missy stayed standing, but leaned against bay, who was sitting on the chair across from me.
she inhaled sharply and said, "well, you see.." she scratched her neck. i raised an eyebrow at her. what's going on?
"draco killed dumbledore." she muttered quickly. bay, ollie, and i all gasped loudly. obviously none of us knew what was going on.
"w-what?" i managed to get out. my throat had tightened and tears welled up in my eyes. i leave him alone for 2 minutes.. and he kills someone.
"why..?" i whispered.
missy looked up at me and frowned, "i thought you would have known."
i shook my head. "i don't know anything that's going on right now. all i know is that draco is a d-death eater.."
ollie's head snapped up and he looked frightened.
"are..are you one too?" he gulped, "a death eater i mean.."
"what! no. of course not." i huffed. they didn't seem like they believed me, so i pulled my sleeves up to show i had no dark mark. ollie sighed with relief, and missy nodded.
"are you going to?" bay asked after being quiet this whole time.
"merlin no." i stated harshly. i shook my head again, and buried my face in my hands.
they think i'd do such a thing?
"anyways," missy coughed, "i need to inform you about something much more important."
she moved over to bays seat and motioned for him to move. when he didn't budge, she smacked him upside the head.
immediately, he jumped up, and sat on the floor. missy smiled softly and turned back to me.
"draco is going to let death eaters into the school tomorrow at exactly 6:28 pm sharp." she whispered lowly, but confidently. my eyes widened in shock, but i listened closely.
"he has been mending the vanishing cabinet, and is going to let them in to start war. voldemort will be here tomorrow evening, and it isn't going to be pretty." she growled, angry at the fact this was going to happen. for a moment i questioned her, but then i remembered her special powers. i sighed and sunk into my seat. after a few minutes of thoughtful silence, ollie spoke up.
"well, what do we do now?"
missy sighed. "nothing. there's nothing we can do. we just sit back and pray that none of us die tomorrow. prepare for the war, guys." she whispered and started to get up. she grabbed her wand and books and walked to the door.
she stopped for a second and said, "i love you guys. i'll be hiding and i won't show up to class at all. i'm going to be hiding in the RoR. goodbye." and like that, she was gone.
"bloody hell." bay whispered.
"indeed." ollie gulped.
suddenly, a wave of sadness hit me. memories of draco and i flood my mind.
well, that depends on the future, and what i decide to tell you.
