Y/n's POV

It was quite a long night and I was beginning to get sleepy so I told my friends I was going to head home. They insisted they come with me but I don't live that far so they demanded I call them as soon as I got home.

I walked outside and it was a bit chilly so I through my hoodie on over my head to cover my shoulders. I looked up to see the beautiful night sky, smiling at me. I smiled back like it was its own person with feelings and friends and everything.

Today went by fairly quickly and I just wanted to get home.

"It was a bad idea to wear heels." I whispered to myself as I trudged on.

I stopped for a bit to take my heels off. My feet touched the cold concrete ground as I continued to walk. I must say it did feel good against my sweaty, swollen feet. I heard footsteps behind me and whipped my head around to see a man probably in his late thirties, sloppily walking. I started to get a bit nervous because no one was around. I heard the footsteps get louder as I started to speed walk just slightly.

I felt a cold hand on my shoulder and I turned around to find the drunken man standing behind me.

"Oh yOur quite a prEtty lady. May I ask how old yoU are?"

I was a bit reluctant but answered anyways.

"I-I'm 18. Do you need anything sir?"

His hand got a hold of my area before I was able to jump back.

"How abOut I take yOu back to my place and I shOw you a fun time." He said as he continued to squeeze my area.

I stepped back away from his hold.

"Please leave me alone sir." I tried to come up with a lie. "I'm going to see my boyfriend. So please get your hand away from me. Good night sir."

I started to walk off but I could still feel the man's presence behind me. Watching me. Following me. I began to panic and look around for any sign of a person. Just someone. I was able to spot a boy that looked around my age, from across the street. He was sitting in front of a tall building with umbrellas decorating the front doors. I could feel the man behind me getting closer so I turned to cross the empty street.

I could still feel the man's eyes watching me cross over to the boy. I saw the boy in a strange looking uniform give me a confused look and stand up. He took a glance behind me and continued to stand at the front of the large building. I was slowly approaching the boy hoping he wouldn't run off.

I decided to just go for it.

"Babe! Thank you for waiting for me. Sorry I took so long." I embraced the boy by wrapping my arms around his neck. He seemed very confused at the situation but went with it.

I brought my lips up to his ear.

"I'm really sorry. Please just go with it. This man has been following me for awhile now and I'm starting to get really scared." I whispered into his ear.

I felt him nod slightly.

He wrapped his arm around my waist and brought his other to my upper back. I felt very protected in that situation.

"Thank god. I was starting to get worried, are you okay? I see you're wearing my hoodie. Did you steal it from my closet last night?" The boy lifted his eyebrow at me.
