When Worlds Collide

Invasion Part 1

This chapter gets a little bit more steamy this is your official warning this is all you get.

Sokka sat staring at his maps. He looked over them looking confused. Allison saw that and went and made some hot chocolate. None of them had gotten much sleep the night before. Allison was thinking about the day before where they wandered away from the group. Sokka had taken her to a beautiful spot and he had asked her to be his girlfriend. Of course, she said yes. They didn't tell everyone but they were pretty sure everyone knew anyway.

Allison finished the hot chocolate and started handing it out to everyone. When she got to Sokka she pulled the map out of his hands and gave him the hot chocolate instead. When she started to walk away Sokka grabbed her hand and pulled her down next to him. She just sat there looking at what Sokka was studying.

Everyone was still a little out of it from the night last. Aang was still sleeping like a baby moose lion when Sokka had last checked up on him.

Toph and Avery have become quite close over the last week or two. They didn't keep anything from each other. Well, maybe the fact that Avery had a girlfriend but hey Luna probably thought that she was dead so anyway. They would hold hands and Toph would blush furiously while saying it was just so that it was so she didn't get lost. No one except Avery bought it. Toph may be able to detect lies but she herself couldn't lie to save her life. 

Anastasia said it was colder sleeping by herself last night. Well, only to Allison because she didn't tease her as much as the others did. Allie could see that they both liked each other a lot. She had a wicked plan. Being Sokka's girlfriend and all, she knew of all of his plans for the invasion. Including the subs that they would ride into the Fire Nation. She knew that each one had a secret room in the back, only three or four people knew about this spot. She was going to lock the two of them in there the whole way there until we got to a spot where they needed them both.

Maybe fifteen minutes after Allison had made hot chocolate, Aang woke up. He had so much energy. He landed next to Anastasia who was sitting on a rock drinking her hot chocolate. Anastasia jumped a little, not hearing him come in sooner.

"Top of the morning, Momo!" Aang said as Momo jumped onto his shoulders.

"Sounds like you slept well," Toph said, putting a hand on her hip. Still linked onto Avery.

Aang moves his hand aside in a sweeping motion, "Like a baby moose lion." He assumes a fighting stance, I'm ready to face the Fire Lord."

Melissa looked at him and asked "So, what's your strategy for taking him down? " She smiled and wiggled her eyebrows. "Gonna get your glow on and hit him with a little Avatar State action?" She said punching the air around her.

Aang looked down "I can't. When Azula shot me with lightning, my seventh chakra was locked, cutting off my connection to all the cosmic energy in the universe." Aang said and looked guilty.

"Oof," Allison whispered

Melissa looked at him and put her hand out opening it and closing it as she talked. "You know what I just heard? Blah, blah, spiritual mumbo jumbo blah, blah, something about space." She looked bored as she finished.

Katara looked off into the distance looking at some fog that was coming from an area. "Oh, no. Sokka, do you think the fog will delay the invasion?" She said concerned.

Sokka stood up and looked over the mountain and smiled saying "No. That is the invasion!"

Everyone raced down to the shore where Aang, Melissa, and Toph bent the earth, making docks for everyone to stop out onto.
