With no method of measuring time I had no idea how long it had been since I'd been visited by Kylo Ren, and furthermore, I had no idea how long since I'd eaten. However, judging by the angry growling and waves of nausea now plaguing me I'd guess it had been a while. I stared at the walls, trying to think of anything but my father, or my life that was now in the past. I was done crying for now, all I cared about was working towards my revenge.

The doors broke me from my obsessive need for distraction as they opened to reveal Kylo Ren, once again cloaked and wearing a mask. This time however, he was followed in by the chrome stormtrooper I now knew to be named Phasma. I stared at her as she stood to the side and she clearly noticed as she cocked her head slightly in a questioning manner.

"You brought me back here" I stated, for now ignoring the dark figure that didn't seem to care that I was distracted.

"I did" she responded simply, not a hint of remorse in her tone.

I nodded and sighed before saying "I understand the need to restrain me but next time can you maybe put some pants on me? It's awfully cold in here and I'm not quite used to dresses".

She tilted her head to the side as if confused by my lack of animosity, or maybe it was the bizarre request that threw her off. Either way she had clearly expected a much different response than the one I gave.

"Enough" said Kylo Ren as he finally tired of my prattling, "have you made a decision?" He asked and I nodded, meeting his gaze with my own.

"I need you to promise me that when we encounter the man who murdered my father, that I get to be the one to deal the killing blow" I said, barely containing the venom in my voice as I thought of that scum.

"Of course" he responded and so I moved to my next condition.

"I also need you to ensure me that I will never again wake to find myself strapped to one of these tables. My wrists and ankles are killing me" I complained boldly.

"Give us no reason to restrain you and that won't be an issue. Is there anything else?" He asked and I could tell from his warbled voice that his patience was wearing thin.

"Just one last request. I want to learn how to use the force" I told him and he nodded his head once.

"That was always the plan" he responded and I gave a relieved sigh, feeling better that my requests had been more or less accepted.

"Then I pledge my loyalties to the First Order" I said with finality.

"Good" came the short reply from Kylo Ren before he nodded to Phasma who then moved to my side, triggering the release of my restraints.

The sudden return of weight to my legs caused the muscles to ache for moment and I let out a small groan as I stretched out my back and shoulders. Both Kylo Ren and Phasma watched me behind their masks and I straightened up, meeting their gazes with a look that said I was ready to go.

"Follow me" said Kylo Ren and he turned and began walking out through the doors.

I hurried to follow and Phasma walked behind me as we made our way down a hallway and around a corner. I made sure to mentally take note of which turns we made and any markers that would indicate location as I imagined it would be very easy to get lost in this place. We reached an elevator and I followed him inside, Phasma stopping outside. Kylo Ren gave her a small nod and she responded with one of her own before turning and making her way down another corridor as the doors to the elevator closed, trapping me alone with the intimidating Ren.

He pressed a button to one of the upper floors and then stood beside me, in a tense and awkward silence. I glanced over at him, finding myself studying his tall frame and wondering what he looked like under that mask. He must have some reason for hiding his face, but I doubted if I asked he'd let me see what lay underneath. He must have felt me staring because he slowly turned and although I couldn't see his eyes, I felt him meet my gaze so I quickly broke it and stared down at the ground. I was saved another moment of awkwardness by the doors of the elevator opening and once again Kylo Ren took off in a brisk walk, leaving me to hurry to catch up with his long strides. We turned down at least four more corridors and passed a cafeteria before we reached a door, before which we came to a sudden stop.
