Demon slayer

Kakashi didn't understand.

He didn't understand why he didn't just kill the two.

He had his fair share of killing children, obviously it wasn't something he was proud of. Who would? Yet, he had a job to do. To protect and defend.

In order to keep everyone safe.

He wouldn't do the same mistake again.

Yet, his eyes.

The brunette eyes held something, something that not only took away Kakashi breathe but also made his hesitate. Believe me, Kakashi Hatake did not whatsoever ever hesitate.

The mocha eyed, held such determination, such fire and such protectiveness that he could feel it come off the young, barely grown teenage boy like flames, just licking at him and daring him to get burned. Kakashi let out a sigh, gazed at the brunette who shielded a child, possibly 3 years old at best, lying on the ground and blood gushing from its temple but that was no ordinary child but a child who was turned into a fleshed eating demon.

He wasn't sure on what to do in this situation but one thing was clear. He had to kill the demon now.
Within second, quicker  then iruka's swift eyes the demon slayer had his little brother in his arms his long blue katana pressing against Naruto little neck.

"Naruto! Please don't do it! He's just a child!" Iruka pleaded gazed at his brother, teased threading to spill from his alright tired and desperation.
He didn't have anyone else naruto was only family.

"My job is to slay demons. This is not a child anymore but a mindless demon." Kakashi said fixing Iruka his eye gaze, glad he had a mask to cover him from the oncoming snow.

" Please! I'll find who kill my family! Please, he's the only person I have left and I will find a way to turn him into a human! I'm begging." Iruka pleaded bowing down as a way to beg even more and hide some of his tears from the slayers eyes.

"There is nothing you can do to help your brother. Now let's get this over with." Kakashi said pulling his katana back in order to strike a blow with the least amount of pain but in that exact moment Iruka threw a rock at the Slayer momentarily distracting him enough or Iruka to grab his Kunai.

Using the last bit of his energy he moved through the tree throwing his kunai up in the air before going straight toward Kakashi. He knew he couldn't win, he had no fight experience but one ting was for certain he would breathe his very last breathe of it meant that brother would still be alive. He may be a demon that wouldn't define him not to iruka.
He used his hand to look as if he were to stab the Demon slayer but with a swift movement the male used the Kashira (pommel of the sword) to strike a nerve and let the brunette sleep. He barely missed the kunai that was shockingly close to cutting him and didn't exactly have time to think about it.

At that exact moment, naruto had finally stirred eyes wide as he saw his brother lying on the ground, looking almost dead and wiggled out of his grasp before standing in from of iruka, growling.
Kakashi blinked one surprise at what he was seeing, this demon is actually protecting his brother and doesn't even try to eat him even though that demon was probably weak from not eating.

The demon slayer dodged every attack naruto brought keeping his sword at his side to avoid hurting the demon and decided these two siblings  were anything but normal.

'Alright, I keep them alive but I'll be watching them and take them back to the village and let the  Hokage take this into consideration.' Kakashi thought striving a nerve on Naruto neck to let him sleeping along side his brother.

The demon slayer built a fire while he waited for the two to wake up, keeping an eye out for any other kind of demons that might appear but luckily nothing like that happened.

Iruka woke up with start grabbing onto Naruto shirt like it was life line and relaxed to see the child was fast asleep. Alive and well.

"Maa, your finally awake. I was starting to worry that I accidentally killed you but now that your awake we can get going before the sun rises or your brother will die. " Kakashi said starting up while putting the fire out with layer of slow beneath his feet. Iruka was confused by the slayer but stood up carrying naruto in his arms and made sure the child was bundled up nicely.

"Thank you for not killing us but why are you still here? I thought you were going to leave." Iruka  questioned following Kakashi foot steps through the forest wondering just what kind of monster would be lying around in the snow somewhere. "I'm taking you back to my Hokage. You are sibling are a strange pair and believe the two of make an excellent addiction to the village. You'll be safe there plus I think it would be a good idea to train you into becoming a demon slayer yourself. You wanted revenge right? Well you can find it in the leaf village." Kakashi grunted out glancing at the brunette with a deadpan expression before turning back to the taste at head and sent a signal using his katana to let his team know he was on the way.

"Ah, it's better then nothing I suppose and I don't know if be any good at being a demon slayer but I'll do it. For naruto. I'm iruka by the way it's a pleasure to meet you.."

"Kakashi."

"Thank you, Kakashi."

"My pleasure, my little dolphin."

"Hey! Don't tease me or else I'll bite you and I will."

"Ma if you did that then I'll have to turn you into my bride." Kakashi joked before adding. "It's a tradition in my family that if someone bites you then you have to marry that person."

"When did this conversation escalated to marriage? You know what.. I'm going to be quiet."

"Maa, you're so mean my little dolphin."

"Kakashi!-"

So, for this Demon slayer Au I just mixed both them so for example, the Hashira would be like the Anbu and Mizunoto equal to genin. The village are still there but Demon slayers are the Nin of that world so they would go out on mission to protect the village or find demons within the village to keep everyone safe. XD
