"Are you saying he lost his memory?" Aki asked with worry as she clutched onto Soobin's arm.

"I'm afraid so Miss Kang. With the amount of substances in his system, it did damage to him. Although, I'm pretty sure he'd remember you,"

"Why is that?" Aki asked in confusion as she sniffled back on her tears.

"Before we induced drowsy medicine in his system to give him ample rest, he managed to call out your name in particular,"

"Hey Junnie, thank you for pulling through for me," Aki sat next to his bed as she held his hand.

Yeonjun lay sleeping, his pale skin as white as a ghost. Aki felt her heart break even more once she noticed the faded but visible scars on his wrists.

"Please don't scare me again Yeonjun. I can't lose you too. Why don't you come to me Junnie? Why did you have to try taking your life again?" Aki cried out as her tears rolled down her cheeks.

Aki covered her tear-stained face with her hands before she felt a cold hand press against her cheek.
